Very clean and friendly staff. The food was great! I'm only issue is, I ordered two cookies amd did not receive them.
Worst decision I could have made. The cashier is 12 months pregnant and can barely move. I guess they are really short and I get it but no need for being so rude. This place needs an overhaul bad and quick. I will not be back.
I love this chain, but this restaurant is by far the worst I’ve been to. You can see from previous reviews that there is no semblance of service. There’s no rush to do anything. These employees are ridiculous and don’t care.
I ordered the Choose 2. Italian Sandwich and the Chicken Salad w/Pecans and a Half/Half Sweet Tea. Both items were absolutely delicious! Fresh Ingredients. Both Quality and Quantity for the price. Presentation was Great. I ordered through UberEats and had it delivered to my residence. After this experience, I’ll be sure to visit McAllister, Pooler location in person. Well Done!
Food was so yummy! I got a Rueben and the steak loaded spud. But the pink haired girl working in the kitchen was very rude. I asked for light sauerkraut on my sandwich because I don't like a whole lot but I do enjoy some. Whenever u got my sandwich it only had (no exaggeration) three slivers on kraut on my sandwich. Whatever no big deal, I went to the counter and asked the sweet young lady taking orders for a little cup of it because there wasn't any at all she apologized and asked the kitchen for some. They ignored her at first and then the pink haired lady then said "the order who wanted light sauerkraut now wants extra?" And cut her eyes and started laughing. So I said to her there wasn't any on there but thanks for the input. The other lady working in the kitchen then threw the register girl a big cup and the girl once again apologized. The older woman working the expo line who seemed to be the manager on duty didn't acknowledge anything going on or the kitchens rude behavior in front of a customer. Somebody needs to teach them if they want to talk badly about guests to at least wait until they aren't standing right there (-; like I said the girl working the register was very very sweet and helpful while everybody else working were rude and the manager couldn't care less. Food was very very tasty just a horrible first experience

This place is great. Customer service is always great. I did have an issue with one of the managers. The store was freezing and the manager that arrived after the store open made the staff take off their jackets. The staff was freezing and shivering. I would understand if the jackets had logos or pictures on them. But they were just plain color jackets.
I was really pleased with this place. Super clean, staff were very friendly, food was quick and fresh. It was no problem to accommodate my gluten and dairy allergies. When I asked the staff person if they had gluten free bread, she was really pleased I asked and acted as if she was really proud that they did. The menu also has gluten free items marked. Great lunch option! It’s also cool that you can go in and immediately sit at a table and order through your phone to have the food brought to your table. Nice idea!
Placed an online order. order was to be done by 5:38 all my food and soup was done waiting 15 minutes for the nachos that I ordered. If I didn't check the bag the nachos weren't even in it. Now the soup and everything I ordered is cold. Nobody seems to know what they're doing. I'll never waste my time here again
