Service was outstanding very friendly, pizza ok, cheese bread good, wings ok.
The pizza ? is very cheesey. My daughter loved it. The fry's could use some seasoning, but they were fresh and hot made you order.
The food was good and the staff was polite and efficient. The sandwich I had was very tasty.
I'm giving 3 stars for past experiences here. Today however calling in an order automatically put on hold.... 5 minutes later someone gets on and says " thank you for calling Marcos please hold click. 5 minutes later I gave up. Waited 5 minutes called back ( I know people are busy) automatically on hold again for 5 minutes. I gave up. Never had this problem there before. I tip the cashier for handing me the pizza over the counter as if they delivered it to my house so it's their loss. It will be a while before I try again
This is my favorite pizza place in the Pooler area. The ONLY thing is that lately their delivery service has been waaay off. A couple of times I was called and told they couldn't do my order because of the lack of drivers & long delivery wait times, so I had to cancel my order. Because of this inconvenience, I have not ordered here in over a year. But I know the lack is because of covid and the lack of available workers so it's ok. They are still my preferred pizza place and I still give them 5-stars.
It says that it closes at 10 pm, we arrived at 9:20 and the person who attends said that they worked until 9:30, and we told him that on the internet it said that they closed at 10, and he replied that they received orders until 9:30, ok it's 9:20, and he told us to have a good night ... very rude, I really don't understand why people don't feel like working and taking care of clients, I really never come back nor do I recommend it
Marcos has easily become the go-to pizza place for my family. This pizza is so good it makes dominos feel like a chucky cheese. They make anything i can think of and believe me ive put them to the test. Everything in their menu is fire. I cant recommend them enough.
My friend ordered 3 things through grubhub from this place. Not only did they take over 2 hours to make it all, they had no idea what order we were talking about when we called to check on the order. Once it was finally delivered, we were missing an entire item and the other item had nothing on it that was requested and had an item we asked to not be on it. Due to an allergy, we were unable to even eat it. I would never recommend this awful place.
Took my son to Marcos. He ordered ahead he had to go in for pickup and he was back quick. Wolfed it down no crumbs left. Good sign it was awesome
Pizza was delicious. Wait time was perfect.
