You can see from the photos that we ordered a birthday cake flavored ice cream with cookie dough, but they used vanilla. It’s a great tasting cake, but obviously not what we ordered. Unfortunately, we paid for something that we didn’t order. Then, the owner insisted that she made it, and it was definitely cake batter ice cream. Check out the photos for yourself. Will probably go with Cold Stone next time.

very unpleasant staff, only one guy wore an apron while working and used it to catch ice cream from falling on the floor-which was still served. no gloves or what seemed to be proper sanitization between uses of the slab, they only scraped the remaining ice cream off. the prices are also VERY high
It is absolutely amazing! It was so good, it made my pregnant wife cry. 10/10, will come back again.
Terrible customer service.
The ice cream was runny, and melted before it even got in our hands. Ran all down the side of the cup, and just looked unappealing. Definitely not worth the price. Not sure why I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to pay for bad ice cream… considering 3 employees walked up to hand out other orders and walk away. Was very disorganized, no one seemed to know who was helping who. Not a lot of team work going on. Don’t think I’ll be back.
The most unpleasant staff I've seen. Probably needs a good customer service orientation.
