We were there Sunday and had Serenity B as our server. It was the best experience we have had at this restaurant. We told her how amazing she was, keeping up with our drinks, bringing us plenty sauce even if we didn't ask, always asking us how things were and just overall pleasant. We were shocked to hear she was new. Good job, girl! You make us want to come back!
I went to Longhorn on Easter Sunday in hopes of getting a good meal. The service was good and I went there to try there lamb chops that’s only there for a limited time. I usually get a ribeye steak but this time I tried the lamb chops. They ran out of sautéed spinach for the mashed potatoes so I had to just get plain garlic mashed potatoes. The lamb chops was cold. I just didn’t enjoy it like I enjoy the ribeye. I won’t try the lamb chops again. They was cold and bland.
There is not way to go wrong choosing the Flo's steak it is tender and tasty plus adding a lobster tail this becomes a heaven of flavor on top of all the service was great and fast!
Service and food is good. They need to learn how to cook steaks. Tough and dry. Soups they need to make fresh not just keep in a pot on warm temp all day. Great location near outlets, other shopping centers and other resturants.
We chose to sit near the bar area; Drew our server was busier than a one arm paper hanger- but was pleasant & attentive as he could be. Food was served hot and as ordered. Delicious
One of the people with me had a food allergy that we let them know about. The manager came to the table to assure us that it wouldn't be an issue. We all ordered steaks. The manager, not the waitress, came back to tell us they were out of NY strip. Not a big deal. The food was excellent. I was very impressed by the Manager's presence.
After a long day of St Patrick’s Day festivities, we gratefully tucked into a booth at Longhorn for a leisurely early dinner. Our server was very attentive. We ordered water and cocktails, which we received promptly. We made the mistake of giving her our order, not realizing that our food would come at warp speed. Our salad came after about 2 sips of our drinks, and our meals arrived after about 2 bites of salad. This totally spoiled the experience, although food was good.
Rediculously slow service! Wild West shrimp not served hot, barely warm. Medium burger served rare and barely warm like it sat in the kitchen for a while. This is what you get from a chain restaurant... Should have cooked at home. Not a Valentine's treat
What a Great choice to stop there. First my waitress Taylor was very friendly. She said she has been there for 9 years wow . I had the feli and tail . The baked Mac and cheese OMG was delish. It had 4 cheese and BACON in it . Strongly recommen. Everything was great worth every penny.
A bunch of my girlfriends and I went out to eat here. The food was amazing! My friends steak was bigger than her head, my salad was crisp and tasty, and our drinks were never empty.
