We was able to walk right in and get seated at approx 1pm on a Sunday. It took a min for the server to acknowledge us but when she did the service was Fantastic? For apps we had the fried pickles? and the loaded potato wedges..yummy to both. Our entrees were the T-Bone (Rare)..hats off to the chief BC I literally ate half of my hubs steak. I had an order of chicken finger/fries with a side of ribs....honestly I wasn't impressed with my meats but the fries were the bomb?? I had the brownie for Di-Sert ?NOPE, I had to send it bacckkkkk, it was NOT GOOD AT ALL. Honestly I don't have to visit again unless I'm on someone else's dime? B+
The food was really good the cook has his skills honed to a razor sharp edge. Our waitress was good polite but over all the waitresses we're a little juvenile it just created a atmosphere in the restaurant that I didn't like. Like every other both had one of there boyfriends sitting in it and they were all running back and forth giggling to each other. But like I said the food was good and I can't complain Bout the service she did a good job.
The service and servers were outstanding in all they did for our group of 50. The food was all perfect and brought to us with a friendly smile.
Just went to Logan’s tonight. We waited 53 minutes from the time we ordered to get our food. Trying to get a drink refill was close to impossible. She put unsweetened tea in Paul’s glass and I had to flag her down to get sweet tea. It must have been the last they had because we got no more refills. So no drinks once our food came. My food was COLD! I asked for my sauce on the side so I got NONE! My broccoli was so overcooked it fell apart. The waitress was rude.The butter did not melt on my sweet potato because it was cold. AND the charged us for the bread! Paul got Salmon and Shrimp. He only got 4 small shrimp. I don’t see us going back EVER.

We ordered “twisted tenders” which is takeout restaurant for Logan’s. We order a 10 pc tender, chipotle twisted mac, two sides of bbq seasoned waffle fries, and 6 sauces. We showed up about 20 minutes past time given for to go and still waiting about 15 minutes. When we got home we realized we received a 10 pc, regular Mac, regular fries that didn’t even appear to be seasoned, and one honey mustard (which is not even the 1 of the 6 sauces ordered). I then called, first time got hung up on, second time I waited on hold for 20 minutes. The girl who answered informed me that they haven’t had waffle fries in months and the Mac n cheese is just their regular Mac n cheese and that we could drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant for our sauces. I asked to speak to a manager (Chad) he said that they haven’t had waffle fries since November and the Mac is their regular with a touch of chipotle sauce. He also said that I probably placed a call with the call center and they don’t always have the most accurate information.. which I know for a fact someone inside the restaurant took my order because when she came out to the car she said she accidentally forgot to get my name when she took the order. Regardless, what we ordered was not what was received. When I said this to Chad on the phone he said it was an unfair statement because we received the 10 chicken tenders. That is 25% of our order. If getting 25% of the order is what is strived for, then that is just sad. He said multiple customers have complained about this. I can’t definitely see why. He was offering no resolution and then asked me for a resolution, instead of doing anything to correct the situation. His solution was to give 1/2 off next order. Wish I could give 3.5 stars, can't go 4 stars. So, we had a gift card for this restaurant. Been years since I've been in one. The food has been certainly edible but not the quality we look for. Exception is their ceaser salad. The dressing is not out of a bottle. I had a sirloin one visit. Too thin to really grill it med rare but a decent steak. French dip left me thinking the meat had been sitting around, dry. Bun nothing to write home about. Hubs had ribs, probably the best food item we ordered there but, they too, seemed a bit overdone. I also did not feel the restaurant was clean. More of a feeling than actually see dirt anf grease. Wait staff very pleasant and accommodating. We do not send food back unless it's inedible. Restaurants have been pounded by the pandemic and staffing issues. So, we'll likely give it another try in the future.
Excellent food great service, and a pleasant atmosphere. the ribeye was to die for, perfectly cooked and super tender! we love this place, Megan was on point and we never wanted for anything during our meal! We eat here first every time we go to the movies and they never disappoint!!!
No host to seat us so wait time was until we were seen. Finally we were seated and a waitress for came to take our beverage order . She ordered water - I sweet tea She got tea I got unsweetened tea Waitress came back asked what we wanted I said “to start with”- she went off saying I didn’t need to be rude and stomped off Never saw her again and finally a waitress going off duty waited on us She was very sweet and helpful. I understand wait staff is short but to attack a new customer is is a good way to lose customers and shut a business down Will we eat there again? Probably not and I hope no one else does.
