Little caesars used to have a superpower the rest of the pizza places didnt...actually 2..1 is price and 2 is speed. Mainly the speed. Theyre rarely hot and ready and the price has gone way up. Trying to focus on making all these speciality pizzas when they should be focusing on their bread and butter(no pun intended) which is ease of access across the board.
This restaurant has always been a cheap option for pizza and the usual goodies that come with pizza because the restaurant doesn't exactly excel in one area like other chain pizza restaurants. However now prices are rising and suddenly there is little reason to come here over anywhere else. Sauces are at least making 200 percent profit, and wings are crazy overpriced too. The last two times we ordered from here the pizza was either undercooked or overcooked also.
Really disappointing! Its a convenient location and I love little Ceasars pizza. There is just too many mistakes with my orders. I pick up from the pizza portal as often as I can and about 75% of the time there is something not right with my order. Tonight no crazy bread or sauce. But did have half baked garlic bread no sauce. Jyst really tored of wasting money here. You call to try to have it taken care of and no one answers the phone. Definitely have to find another pizza go to
Ordered online the day before, it was for my great granddaughters birthday. They didn't have my order ready and really acted like they didn't care when I got there a little after pickup time. NEVER AGAIN!
I would have given Lil Caesars a 5 star rating but as a disabled person it really sucks to have to wait for a pizza to be cooked seeing they never answer the phones and I have to be driven there to order and wait As in all of my reviews,for the most part the product is good but the customer service is less than desirable.
Friendliest pizza place I've been to in a long time. The guy that greeted me was very polite and friendly. Pizza was fresh and awesome! He made my day a lot better just with his positive attitude!
I ordered via their website and I ordered a Supreme, a cheese pizza, buffalo wings, a crazy bread combo, and a 2L of Sierra Mist. When the order arrived, the crazy bread was extremely doughy as well as the supreme and the wings were not buffalo and uncooked. As for the cheese pizza and the Sierra Mist, they were nowhere to be found. My husband and I called the store multiple times but no one picked up.
They refuse to pick up the phone to accept orders, this is extremely frustrating. On top of this, they also find ways to sneak extra charges on your receipt. Careful when you order from here. They are underhanded.
Missing several items from our order, to include an entire Pizza, raw dough for crazy bread and undercooked almost raw wings.. went attempting to contact the store there was no answer after calling multiple times
I ordered food that I never got. Little Caesars uses door dash for their delivery service. The door dash driver said they delivered it, but I never received my food. When I contacted door dash to get refunded, they said I needed to contact little Caesars. When I contacted them, they said they didn't know why door dash would say that, and that I needed to get refunded through door dash. So I went back to door dash, where they told me the exact same thing. Both places were no help. I never got my food, and I never got refunded
