I have been placing my orders on the Krispy Kreme App for at least 12 visits now. My order is always ready. And the staff has always been very helpful and friendly to me!!Keep up the great work Pooler Tanger Outlet Krispy Kreme staff!!!!
asked for assorted and got 4 different kinds of donuts.
What a joke. I specifically called before driving 30 minutes out of our to stop here to make sure they had fresh donuts (which they said they did). The girl at the register had a nasty attitude to begin with and then proceeded to tell us they don't have any original donuts. If she had at least been nice we would have still purchased something but she was a complete tool.
I had to laugh, they had at least 25 different donuts displayed. Turns out that they only had a couple flavors available to sell. We still got the wrong donuts. Not a big problem, it's Krispy Kreme; it's all good.

I don’t understand why they are putting away the donuts and closing down at 7pm, 19 December 2021. The closing time is 8pm. Management needs to address this ASAP.
Friendly staff and very helpful. They were able to hook me up with a large order in a short period of time.
Terrible customer service. Don't know why these girls go to work if they don't want to work with people, go find another job! Not a greeting,not a word at all, they just stare at you waiting on you to order then they don't have anything you want. I walked away which is what they wanted. Never going back to this store.
A hot glazed krispy kreme always hits the spot! this location is small but efficient and delicious!!
The hot krispy kreme light was on and was given cold donuts when asked if I could get hot donuts I was told to wait 20 minutes I could see if they was busy but they had no customers
