This location is a joke, the staff are slow and the do not listen at all. I literally waited for 20 min watching this child like man fall asleep making my sandwich. If I was their manager I would fire the entire crew. I was not the only unhappy customer. The regional for this area really needs to fix this location. Im considering never shopping at jersey mikes over this event today. I don’t think I’ve ever been this confused and angry. Please do something about your staff!!!!!!!!!
The young lady with blond hair did an excellent job when the store became busy. She took 5 famlies orders one at a time and remembered them while slicing the meats getting the bread placing the meats and adding the condiments to each order. SHE has Great customer service skills. She is very proud of your store. We were there on Saturday July 23 at 2:30. I hope you have an incentive program for your employees.We are from Jacksonville FL and love our Jersey Mike's franchise there.
Jersey Mike's is the best sub shop in the Savannah area. Hands down beats other sandwich places for authentic Jersey Italian subs.
Left my brownie out of my order. I want a refund. I'm tired of restaurants not checking orders before they go out. I want my money back! You did not give me something I paid for. I am taking a stand!
I understand service jobs aren't always easy. I was at this location yesterday. I would rather my order have been completely wrong or slow service than what I witnessed at this one. Both employees acted high and hungover. It was disturbing. I was one of the only people in there and they basically played with the food for about 10 minutes and placed the sandwich directly on the dirtiest counter. And yes I mean play. Like I watched the lady moving the meat from one empty bun to the other in rotation for like a minute and a half. I'm not joking. And for some reason they couldn't move my half made sandwich to the end of the line after I stood there at the register for 30 minutes. Then another customer came in and they put my half made sandwich off to the side. I really thought I was part of a practical joke. Finally I just asked for my money back and they said they didn't know how and then jokingly asked for my social security saying that might help. I just walked out of the store at that point. There's much more I could say about the state of the store and how the employees handled the food. Needless to say I lost my appetite and didn't even care that I didn't get my money back. I'm just never going back. Someone has to know for this place to hopefully get better.
I had the best experience at this location! my sub was just the way I wanted it and way better than subway! The employees worked as a team to fill the needs of a crowd while I was there and I am very satisfied with the service I received from the young manager on duty, Andrew! also the blonde girl there was amazing!
Exceptional professional customer service @ Jersey Mikes with Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Alley. The store is exceptionally clean and the food is amazing. I will be back!!
I had such a great experience and the best tuna sandwich ever at a Jersey Mikes in Dirham NC a while back. I convinced my husband to go with me today since we now have one near us in Pooler Ga. Upon arriving, there were only a few tables for dine in which really surprised us. Very, very small. We proceeded to the short line and I ordered the tuna on wheat bread. As she got the tuna bucket and used a soup type ladle to get it out to put on the bread, the bread would not hold it. The “tuna” actually looked like soup and began to run off the bread whereupon she tried to scoop it back on top to no avail. It was basically mayonnaise with some flecks of tuna. I didn’t know what to say except no thank you and we left. I’m not sure who is preparing the tuna “made fresh daily” but it actually looked like it had already been eaten. A complete disappointment and a 180 from the one in Durham NC. I wish I could upload a photo to show I am far from exaggerating. I hope this particular Jersey Mikes can pull their act together because you are sitting on a financial land mine being right off the interstate with easy off and on access. It would be a shame to continue with low ratings. You should have 5 star reviews and not a 3.9. Please do everyone in the community a favor and address these issues. With CFA going up across the street, we need a variety of stellar fast food sandwich choices.

We go to this location more than the other one bc they were doing great but now they are skimping on everything. Cheese is paper thin, meat is paper thin and they get offended when you ask for extra toppings. Do better.
