Food was good, but thr staff needs to communicate better with each other and the customer. The toppings girl had no idea whose sandwich she was working with, then the cashier almost gave us someone else's sandwich, which was only averted because that customer was watching and stopped it. We had sandwiches, chips, and cookies for 3 people and after paying while we were waiting for the last sandwich, the cashier was just standing there. I asked if she had a bag to put everything in to go. She handed me a bag to do myself. Ok then! Really strange experience.
The food is amazing as expected, however the customer service by, I'm guessing she's the manager, one of their employees is horrendous.! When I walked in one young lady greeted me properly as she should. Yet the woman with the Grey hair decided to not greet the customer, and say "do you know what you want?" That's not how to talk to a customer. Especially when I didn't even look at the menu yet. After I looked at the menu I ordered a 17 and before I could say anything else she cut me off and asked what type of bread. I told her the type of bread and I was telling her my toppings. She then cut me off and said oregano and what else? So I said everything that I already told her and she said to me "you already said that". Technically I already said everything once. Everyone else in the restaurant were courteous to me but that young lady needs to learn some manners. I won't be returning to that place again. I don't know her name but she has Grey/silver hair and a bad attitude. 6/2/22
Worst Jersey Mike's I've ever been too. The staff is rude and lazy. There were 5 people behind the counter and it took 5 minutes before they took my order. Two of them walked it back and disappeared because the others were looking for them.The slicer was dirty. There was meat and cheese scrapes still on it. There was no bacon up front so I ask if they had anymore since I ordered a club which comes with bacon. There was no emergency in their movements . Never again
Had a little mix up with my order and called to have it fixed. They were more than willing to fix the order even though I realized after the fact I called the wrong store. Delicious sandwiches and great customer service! Thank you Jersey Mike's. We will be back!!!
Jersey Mike's is my family's place for fresh sandwiches. It's a treat we look forward to. Nothing beats an original Italian done Mike's way. Order online and take it home. THE BEST!
The people were very nice, But the meat and the cheese you could see threw it way too thin. I think they knew I was from out of town

Kudos to Jersey Mike's in Pooler Parkway, Ga. I was ecstatic by the outstanding five stars customer service that was rendered on December 15, 2021 by shift leader Josh and his amazing team members. My experience was phenomenal as well as mind blowing. While attempting to make my purchase during lunch hours, I was faced with a slight dilemma. When Josh became aware of this he immediately began to assist me in resolving this. The results of this left me in amazement. Josh and his team members have so much integrity and dignity for their customers. This location deserves sandwich shop of the year. Anytime you're in Pooler, GA and you're looking for a great place to get a sandwich as well as awesome customer, stop by Pooler Parkway's Jersey Mike's. Customer service was extremely poor. Very negative atmosphere, it appeared all customers were a bother. Didn’t even get my order correct. Maybe they were old subway employees. Positive note, Bathrooms were surprisingly decent.Update: Spoke with the GM today. He called me! I was truly amazed how much he cares about customer service. He took the time and listened to my feed back. Very compassionate person ! He reassured me that all my concerns were heard and addressed accordingly. I’ve changed my rating due to the fact you can tell they really care. As a business myself I know employees are hard to find at this time.
We have been frequenting the Jersey Mike’s at 246 Pooler Pkwy several times a week since it opened many years ago. The sandwiches are always made well with generous portions and fresh toppings, the staff keeps the line moving even during the busy lunch rush, and the store is always clean. They are definitely our go-to place for subs.
