Don’t bother coming here! When we arrived, we were told 10 minute wait. 30 minutes later we finally were seated after we asked about it. The food isn’t even average, and the service is non existent! I’m a disabled veteran, supposed to receive a military discount. The idiot server couldn’t even get that right! I asked her about it and she said it didn’t take much off. It didn’t take anything off! If you want terrible service and average food, go there. In my opinion, don’t waste your time or money there! Avoid this place! They should just close it if they can’t run it!
The best breakfast I've had on this trip by far.Coffee was perfect and the hash browns, perfectly seasoned and cooked.Plenty of staff so the service was perfect.
We waited over an hour to be seated. It was 5 people on the floor and apparently so unorganized and slow!!!! I approached them 3 different times before I was even seated. So many people came and left due to not being seated or even acknowledged of needing to be seated! IHOP definitely missed out on so much revenue today. When we received our order, the food was absolutely terrible!!!! The pancakes did not takes like “IHOP” pancakes!!! ? the pancakes was sour like they put some unknown ingredient. It’s so sad because I had a taste for them and was really trying to be patient and understanding but I couldn’t even put that mess into my body. It was not even consumable!!! So very disappointed!!!! I could never eat there again!!! It was so awful we just left after waiting an additional 15 minutes to tell someone about this and no one was to be found!! I refuse to pay for cold nasty food because your “short staffed” and I’m paying my money!! This is so unacceptable!!! Never again. Something really needs to be done! A waste of 2 hours of my day!!! Gross, disturbed and insulting
Our waitress was amazing & the food was great! She did seem to be serving & cooking, yet she still made sure we were always good at our table (tea glass & coffee cup stayed full). Very pleasant experience.
I'm giving the establishment 3 stars. They were very understaffed, the wait time was ridiculously long because there was no hostess up front. However, I am giving the wait staff 4 stars, not including the young lady hiding in the back while her team mates cleaned tables, seated patrons and took orders. Our server was exceptional. Kelly not only stepped up to assist with seating patrons, she also cleaned our tables and was very accommodating. She did it effortlessly and with a smile. She made the best of a bad situation and she is the only reason we stayed. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion.
Came in around 10AM for a saturday morning breakfast. Seemed kind of busy, only appeared to be about two servers. Ordered coffee and food. Coffee arrived hot and in a timely manner. Server was decent. Waited over an hour for food to come out. Don’t eat here if your are on a tight schedule.
If I could give this place no stars I would. These people are unprofessional and show no courtesy. They screwd up my order and didn't want to fix it and refused to give me back my money and told me I had to go online for refund. I am disgusted with these people. I am from NC where food and service is key. This is my first place eating in Georgia. Needless to say...it was horrible and I hope this won't be a pattern.
The lady at the cashier is so rude, she has no experience on how to speak with customers.I went today with my family, we were waiting at the waiting area in front of her till she finished with another customer, she finished with her and looked at us and didn’t talk, then i said hi she answered (one minute) in a rude way.Then we left because i don’t like to deal with rude people.
A disappointing experience. Greeting by hostess was fine and I was seated promptly in a booth. Not many folks in the dining room.I waited 25 minutes and was passed by 3 waitresses who never made eye contact. No water. No coffee.When I finally stood up to leave a waitress apologized and said she didn’t know how much longer it would be.I can wait some where else.Not really anything like the franchise is known to be.Stay away from this one.
I feel for them. Understaffed. Hours adjustments. Had breakfast at 0730. Dining room dirty with food debris from day prior. Omelet was eye appealing, but added batter created gummy texture.
