Ordered via Uber Eats, my LARGE fry cup want even close to full and no additional fries in the bag. $8.75 (before fees) and got smaller than a small size fry. Total rip-off and disgrace. Done with Five Guys.
Ordered twice from here within 2 weeks and Portion sizing of fry’s is terrible. Also topping portions on burger are small as well. This has also happened to me at several other restaurants in the area. Must be a Pooler Georgia thing. Very disappointing

Always out of sweet tea. When ask the staff about making some there is always some excuse or they pass it along to someone else to do it and they never do. Condiments are always low and never filled. Very poorly operated 5 guys.
While we were waiting for our food to be cooked, they had an associate go around the store and turn off the open sign and lock the doors. At 9pm, when the sign on the store says 10pm. It is now 9:04pm and they’ve already kicked out two couples that had come in from the side door. Saying that they were already closed. Very unwelcoming atmosphere along with poor customer service. Appeared to be fully staffed as well with 5 people behind the counter.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Showed up for lunch at opening time. Sign on door says closed opening later. Don’t bother wasting time fighting Pooler traffic to go this unreliable location. The ones in Savannah are better quality and service anyway

“Temporary hours” caused them to close at 8pm. Doesn’t seem like a labor shortage since there were plenty of workers when we walked in a few minutes after 8. Not much else to say about this one
