The wait time was fairly long BUT they were heavily understaffed. I watched a young black man and young white woman work their butts off and they handled the overflow of customers extremely well. They communicated to the room that they were understaffed, kept ppl updated, and remained very professional throughout the entire time I was there. Kudos to these two young ppl. This is how things should be ran in ANY establishment.
Probably one of the worst customer service experiences. I walked in to the employees showing each other pda with their gloves on. Then they proceeded to take my order and make my sandwich with the same gloves on. Another employee walked in from the bathroom with gloves on and proceeded to help them make my sandwich. Very disgusting. When talking to the shift lead or manager, she was very ill mannered and rude. Overall bad experience which is sad because I actually enjoy Firehouse subs.
This place used to be great and was one of our favorites, but it has gone down hill. $20 for just a small and a medium combo sandwich (the small was a brisket and had hardly any meat on it), it took almost 40 minutes to get two sandwiches, staff members were rather rude, and tables in were not clean. Will probably never come back again.
I was not happy with this place at all I arrived at 7:00 p.m. ordered one sub, there were seven to eight employees working. By 7:45 I still not received my food which was take out. There was another guy who had been waiting over an hour for his. We both had to go up to the employees and explain exactly what we had because none of them knew how to look up any info on their POS nor did they have the receipt slip.
I ordered a small steak and cheese and was warned by the person taking my order that the small size is very small to be fair but for $7 I don’t think this is a good value at all. It tasted good but was not worth it. Other than that the place seemed clean and well run.
Great place and great food. Forgot my pickles in my most recent order, but I won't hold it against them on the first fault. Stellar location minus that though. 9/10
Second time in a row that an online order was incorrect. I just don't understand what this location has against making a Hero correctly. 1st time they made an engineer, which was not edible. Second time I got a hook and ladder, but is STILL not what I ordered. No one answers the phone, so this is unfortunately the only way to let them know what they did wrong without going all the way back. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but 2x in a row with an online order that couldn't possibly be mistaken is unacceptable.
Great food but the last three times that I visited this location the cashier specifically asked if I wanted a pickle and I said yes and get home to discover that there was no pickle with the order.
Subs has been very delicious and fresh Everytime I went definitely recommend.
Firehouse Sub in Pooler GA. Should get 1/4 star Tonight after a trip to Sam's we decided to eat in. We ordered, rounded up to donate to 1st responders then went to get our drinks, the face of the drink machine was filthy the buttons were sticky it had fingerprints the floor was wet and slippery the trash cans over flowing, so while waiting for sandwiches I went to wash my hands, the bathroom was out of hand towels, and the soap was in a container on the floor. As I walked back to our table the Red Socks and Yankees game was about to start, the National Anthem began to play with a giant American Flag in the back ground on tv I didn't give it a second thought I removed my cover and just stood behind the chair I was about to sit in until the Anthem was over. The Firehouse Sub crew had a good laugh at me showing respect for my country. They are very lazy disrespectful young people. This was around 7 30 they don't close till 9 30 just a few pictures to give you the idea
