I understand how hard it is to find decent employees, I own a small business. BUT, if you are going to sell day old products, they should be sold at a discount. Bought the donuts at 12pm, by the time I got home approximately 30 minutes later, the donuts were pretty dry, the filling was not fresh. I guess my expectations are just too high.
Their is not enough time and patience to express the poor service that I received as well as the poor customer service I was given when calling the store that same business day. Apparently this location doesn't have a manager that talks to customers and apparently you aren't allowed to have a freedom of speech when it comes to their products this location sucks and they don't want to fix your order when it is messed up. Also was told good luck when calling corporate office and was hung up on.

If you are going to set a policy where you want your customers to follow you may want to post it. This is a joke. I want to know how this is a company policy you cannot force a paying customer to come inside your business.
Way too heavy on the cream cheese. Inconsistent drinks. For the most part the staff is cool, but that one rotten apple that couldn't bag 6 hash browns because she clocking out is the reason I won't return to this location.

So not impressed with this Dunkin’. Had a problem first time going thru drive thru all because they didn’t want to take the time to grab a few diff type doughnuts I was only one in line,so I left. Went a second time and they looked like this and tasted like a smoker touched them. Plus half the frosting and stale.
I love Dunkin coffee it’s always just right. But for some reason or another when I come to this one at this location they are always rude. I order a frappe with caramel and fudge. Today I got corrected and was told it’s a “FROZEN COFFEE” so I then said ok let me order it this way… a slushy coffee with caramel fudge (then I was corrected on the type of fudge) I also ordered a med iced black coffee and sugar on the side. I didn’t get the sugar… then when I asked for the name of the girl taking my order this morning the girl with red hair pointed her out but said they can not give employees names… so all I can say is the girl with brunette hair was the girl and the red head was super rude and basically threw my drinks at me after that. I asked when the manager would be in apparently no managers work weekends not even a lead. If you want good service and good coffee with no attitude go down the street 6 mins and order from the one at 1702 pooler pkwy because they are nice and courteous. Who knows I might have gotten spit in my drinks… worst service EVER!
Love the coffee. A nice place to go to enjoy good hot coffee. The staff always gets my order fast and they are very friendly.
Love the staff here! Lightning fast and super friendly. Just passing through on a long road trip but thoroughly impressed with the experience.
Hot coffee with cream and sugar should not taste like hot milk. Can't taste any coffee or sugar. Literally like I put milk in microwave. This place is getting worse and worse. This cup was poured from a tea jug then heated up? Umm that's not how coffee is poured
