Only 2 employees(not their fault) but I placed an online order at 10:37 I didnt get a call from the store until 11:10 just to tell me that she only have one driver and that it would be about 3hrs before I would get my order(they close at 1am) then says would you just like to come to the store to get it? I say fine then she says ok it would be about 45 mins then I get to the store after 12 the she says I can’t find your order which means I probably gave the wrong order out and that she could remake it it’ll take 10mins then I go back online to find my order only to see that it had been canceled and then she was in the process of making someone’s pizza without any gloves. Yes touching dough and toppings. And the place was filthy. Needs better management and more workers. 2 stars because she said she refunded my first order if it hasn’t hit my card by 3pm I will change ratings and speak with Elizabeth’s manager
This is the first time I ordered from here and it will also be the last. Ordered a pizza that sat on the counter after being “quality checked” for an hour before it was sent out for delivery. I called to see what the delay was and the rep hung up! Then when Tristan “delivered” my food, I did not receive it. I don’t know who got my food, if anyone, but imagine my surprise when the app said my order was completed (two hours after ordering) and I have nothing to show for it. Called the store AGAIN and this rep told me that she didn’t know what to tell me when it came to me not getting the food I already paid for. Basically, I was robbed. Stick to Mellow Mushroom or Marcos if you live in this area and this is your delivery Dominos.
I ordered online in the app on my way home. The app tracks the progress of the pizza. It was exactly the time they estimated and they brought it out to my car all within about 20 minutes. Love this Domino's location. We frequent here and I have never had a bad experience when I order online and pick up!
have ordered from here multiple times and never had a problem until now. i placed an order a couple weeks ago and paid $70 for it and they would update my pizza on the tracker and keep it on quality check and then cancel last minute. today i decided to try again and order food for my boyfriend and i. i placed an order 2.5 hours before they closed, they confirmed my order and were updating it on the tracker. then they decided to cancel my order last minute again. i understand places being understaffed but the same problem has been happening over and over again. this place has gone downhill with deliveries.
I ordered 1 pizza at 1031. I came to pick it up because it was supposed to be delivered. Over an hr later I came in to pick it up.. and the employee “an older disrespectful male” said we’re closed.. I said I ordered it over an hr ago he said idc we are closed period. And had a nasty attitude that was unwarranted.. as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone else just stood there waiting for me to leave, but I was waiting for a refund. So finally after standing there for a while Elizabeth who I assume is the manager comes up and says I can give you a store credit.. so I just left and said okay.. stand clear of this place they were absolutely disgusting and rude for no reason at all, I can attach an order screenshot in case they try and say this review is fake.. extremely disappointed in how nasty he was. Do yourself a favor and go to another store. If I could I’d give it 0 stars
Ordered 2 hours ago, STILL don't have it. Lied about it having left the store and delivering to us. In a hotel w no car so at their mercy. It is supposedly on the way....hmmmmm....
I’ve used this Domino’s twice this week. Both times the delivery was quick, the food was hot and the driver was friendly and punctual. Definitely above and beyond what I am accustomed to in today environment.
Ordered online because my local store was closed. The restaurant was clean, the employee was very friendly. My food was made correctly and it was fresh and hot. I will definitely come to this location again!
I found a rock in my pizza today. This is the height of negligence and poor customer service. I will make sure to let my friends and neighborhood know about it. Horrible!!
After placing an order online and waiting 2 hours after being told 40-50 mins. Calling to only be hung up on. I get an email saying my order was canceled and contact the store. The store that doesn’t answer??? The store who keeps hanging up the phone??? Why wait 2 hours to cancel my order!!
