Horrible customer service.order was placed online for my job.I asked a few questions and made request about the order...I received a lot heavy breathing.RequestPlease separate each meals..( I guess that was aproblem.)1st questionDoes the meal come with one sauce?No you have to pay for it..so it should be 2 more sauces with each meal because we paid for extra. Pointed to the receipt.. By the way no sauce on the sandwich.. the sandwich was very dry . One of the coworkers stated his brisk it was dry and taste like it was reheat or maybe a few days old.2 questionOrder a gallon of Tea.. The picture online had gallon with cups... So I ask about the cups .. with attitude .. you have to pay for the cups.. but she stated she will do it...At this point I was through with attitude and left.Also one meals said no onions..well it was onions with the pickles.. I told her that one was no onions.. of course ..heaving breathing.In order to post I had to add 1 ⭐ but really I it should be no ⭐.

This was my second visit this week. First visit the pulled pork and brisket was extremely dry. It was close to closing so I figured I got the bottom of the barrel that night.Today I ordered brisket and pork with onion and pickle. No onion and pickle but what really upset me was the fact I only got pork. When I called told gentlemen he puts me on hold without a word comes back on the line and ask my name and back in hold without a word. Comes back on line and tells me his cook said he put both meats. I kindly told him I know the difference in my meats. He then in a rude voice tells me again the plate had both meats on it. If I wanted to come back he would replace it. I just as rudely told him I wasn't wanting to drive back nor waste the food in front of me and all I wanted was to let them know and maybe get an apology and not told that I'm a liar. This was unacceptable and I will never go back

Went there yesterday April 10. I ordered A full slab of ribs and a half a pound of the burnt ends it was $44. I thought it was outrageous but it wasn’t until I got home to realize what a rip off it was. While the ribs were tender they were the thinnest ribs I have ever purchased in all my 60 years! I will never go back. A pound of ribs!. I ate them in one sitting.

Always a great product here! Food has never disappointed. Staff is always friendly. Only gripe, the food could be a little more hot, but, too much heat and the meat would dry out.

Didn’t know that their Texas Toast is just a regular piece of sliced bread. No butter, not toasted. Portion sizes are quite small for what you pay for. I also payed more for extra sauces through Uber Eats and I didn’t receive them. Disappointing.

I've been to a few of Dickeys in the Atlanta area over the last 25+ years.... awesome!Researching found they are franchised owners - I like that in general! However, this one didn't measure up to the others. My date couldn't eat the pulled pork because of the "mooshy, soupy" texture. I had the same plate. I ate mine, but from the first bite said.... should've ordered the brisket!!Maybe Sunday late afternoon just isn't the freshest of BBQ.Good luck, be safe!

Got 12 ribs.. total was $36 which is outrageous but I went for it anyway. Barely any meat on them, also very dry. I ate all 12 and was still hungry. What the f happened to the food quality and prices??

Always had a good meal here. Lots of meat choices and sides. It's cafeteria style serving and moves pretty quickly. No frills dining room, but gets the job done.

Decided to try Dickeys for the first time, after a long days travel. Ordered take-out. Took it to our hotel When we opened food containers we instantly noticed a bad smell to the brisket. It looked old, like it sat out all day. I tried a small piece and decided it best not to chance eating it and getting sick. The fries were equally old, rubbery, not edible, and the potato casserole tasted terrible! We threw it all out and went to bed hungry, and out $43 (we tipped for this food!) for way over priced, terrible food! Restaurant was closed by the time we went to call regarding this, and back to traveling the next morning, so there was no way to resolve this.

Was a regular spot of mine for years. This place has gone down the gutter. Started with food being unavailable, then undercooked, now they straight up microwaved my roll because they weren't done cooking them. Probably should of checked that before charging me? They have twice the staff they used to, and it's half the quality.
