I ordered the Oreo blizzard cake and what I got is not the Oreo blizzard. The owner reassured me that it was a Oreo blizzard. Looking at the two pictures of the Oreo blizzard that they gave me and the Oreo blizzard that they carry are not the same. The owner said it’s only different on the top because of the writing on the cake. Y’all be the judge is it the same cake or am I trippin? The birthday girl was disappointed and so am I cause they (the young lady in the store and the owner over the phone) lied to me about a cake instead of giving me one out of the freezer and disregarded my value as a loyal customer. The young lady behind the counter didn’t even want to talk to me. They did not hear what I was saying at all. That is clearly two different cakes.
Why is the inside still closed ? Covid is Over . According to the cdc Chatham County has not even reported 1 case recently.We are over 2 years in at this point . Every other fast food restaurant in the city of Poolers dining room is open and has been for a very long time .
Sunday March 6th at 7:42pm I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and this is what I received, a raw sandwich. After requesting to speak with a manager, she approached me with iPods in her ear wither listening to music or on a call. She did not apologize. She told me that she could issue a refund in which I said ok.The fact that she didn’t acknowledge the grave mishap or apologize says a lot of this leadership and location.
Dairy Queen in Pooler, GA is quite something. Got two drinks one Dr. Pepper and one Coke. The buttons were not pushed down and so we asked which was which. The girl shrugged. Fine we just tasted one and then changed straws. Before driving off we always check that we have everything and we were short a ff. We let the girl know and it took a minute to get the ff we ordered and paid for to be met with annoyance from the employee that we even asked for what we ordered. Do your job and put a smile on that face, You might actually have a better day.#dairyqueen #annoyed
Service is always good here. Tried the red velvet blizzard. Not a fan of that flavor. Do not recommend. Regular flavors are very good.

Ordered through the drive thru, and it looked like they were more interested in chatting than waiting on the only customer who drove up, and no other customers inside, and had medrive to a parking space for some unknown reason. Also check to make sure they give you all that was ordered; missing an item from my order. Not planning on coming back.
