We went to the Pooler GA location. We had been stuck in a 2 hr. Traffic on 95S ordered my usual black bean and cheese quesadilla and I was told NO! Only online I can get it. I even spoke to manager I explained to her how tired we were and I ALWAYS get this I don’t eat meat and she told me NO this is our policy. We left and believe me I will never go back! We went to chick fil a and like always they are happy to help and satisfy their customer Very poor customer service and your manager needs to look like one and for sure act like one. They weren’t even busy ! This was today at around 6:45-7:00 pm

Chipotle is almost always good. It’s the same food, time after time, but always good. They are super accommodating and offer vegan, gluten free options. They even let adults get a kid meal for a smaller portion if preferred. Honestly, the kid meal is still a lot of food. If you want left overs, get the full size. It will not disappoint. The fountain “juice” is super sweet. Mix it with some soda water for a nice spritzer. When in doubt of where to go or how to please a group of diners, just go to Chipotle. They have something for everyone. ❤️

Staff was cleaning and spraying areas all around the food while there was still over half an hour left until closing. When we asked why they were doing that, their only response was the spray was “food safe” and that they needed to leave as soon as possible. Again, there was still over half an hour to closing. They were missing several ingredients (guac, sour cream, pico de gallo) and when we asked for a discount for all the missing stuff, the “manager” hid behind “policy” that she can’t work around. Then why are you a manager? We also had to wait for both brown and white rice to be cooked and the steak was way over-salted. Finally, when we went to sit down, half the tables already have chairs up and the table that was free was messy enough that we asked for it to be cleaned. We didn’t need much throughout all of this - a simple apology would have been enough to make the situation better. But the manager nor her employees couldn’t even muster up that.

Don’t eat here … sell stale food that’s been left over 7 weeks.

Rude staff and dirty. Pass up this place there is so much more to choose from in Pooler. Ordered takeout with my wife tonight at 7:20 pm 2022-03-29. Served by the young lady wearing a heart necklace who was just plain rude. She obviously didn’t want to be there. The food prep area was dirty and another girl came with a paper napkin and wiped all the tops of the stainless food buckets with old food on top, but she pushed it all back in to the food buckets they serve food out of. Will never eat at a Chipotle again and neither should you. Disgusting.

There were no beans, had to choose rice. The flour was hard, and they kept rushing me to order. I didn't appreciate being given the "hurry up" look, especially when there was no one else in line. Customer service and the food was not good today. It was unfortunate, since it was my first time back in 2 years. I'll wait another 2 years to return. Hopefully it gets better.

I've only been once and I had a burrito. It was really good. The chips tasted a little stale but overall it was decent. I loved the chipotle Tabasco sauce. I actually went and found it at Publix a few days later.

I was told I was not allowed to have any corn salsa for my daughters burrito even though I was staring at a container of it by the checkout counter. I was told that corn salsa is only for online order guests. So if you’d like all the ingredients that are included in the price of your order, I suggest you order online rather than walking in the Pooler location.Hey Manager - Train your staff to provide some decent customer service.

My husband and daughter were able to order in the line but when my son tried to order he was told to make a mobile order, so we ordered our food separately. Had to make two different transactions and while they ate we still had to wait for our order. The restaurant was beyond dirty. Luckily there was one table clean enough for us to eat. On top of all that, my son's quesadilla was burnt and my chicken tacos were cold. Highly dissatisfied with the nonsense that we have to deal with on top of paying for bad or nonchalant customer service.

Love this place! I do have one little bone to pick tho. On the last few occasions I visited, the rice has not been thoroughly cooked. It’s been crunchy. Rice should be fluffy guys. Please fix the t. I’d like to keep enjoying your establishment.
