Minus 1 star should be a choice. Unsafe entry for our 2 handicap passengers. So we used mobile app. What a joke. The mobile pick up area clearly not marked. Went inside to get order after notification it was ready. Chatting clerk slowed progress of line. Blocking our smooth transition to get our food order for 4. Went outside as directed. Circled building 2x. Stopped to ask outside CF attendants who directed us to move outside their “exit” lane. Their exit lane? The handicapped parking spots with clearly designated crosswalk to enter building. Clearly the Savannah Police didnt notice the parking spot violations. Never again.
This is the Best Chick-fil-A we have been to. They all have great tasting food, but the employees in this one just seemed to care more about the customer by going above what you normally expect. I made a mistake in my order and even let them know. I was ready to pay for another order, but the manager insisted on taking care of my meal. The place was constantly being cleaned and the restrooms were great. Keep up the terrific work!
The main reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because I've gone here 5 times and they've got something wrong 4 out if 5 times... and the line is very very slow it's incredible I've never seen a Chick-fil-A so slow in my entire life! So instead of one star they get 2 because I actually got my whole order right and I was only in line for maybe 20 minutes this time and the line however was not even to the parking lot.
The service is mediocre, the people taking the orders are not familiar with the menu. Please hire folks who actually eat off the menu and know how to press button for chicken filet with no bun. The staff in the drive thru just push the food out on a tray but sadly nobody was wearing mask or hair net, I was shocked by how disconnected they are with anyone outside in the drive thru line. They do not require staff wear a mask or hairnet while making the food. The hash browns were all stuck together and crumbled up don’t even bother with them. I would only come here for the sauce and nuggets.
The food is awesome!!! I was surprised that even though the place was super busy we got the food fast!
There was a long line at the drive through. Our food arrived faster than expected considering the line outside. The chicken sandwich and waffle fries arrived hot. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender. It was flavorful and delicious. My only issue is with the bun. It was a little to mushy. The juice soaked through the bun and fell apart before half the chicken was eaten. The waffle fries were firm but not hard. The taste and texture made for a good meal. Everyone there was friendly and professional. All things considered, it was an enjoyable meal.
Not only was the food very delicious, and the service excellent, but I accidentally left my purse there while traveling on a road trip south. I did not realize it until I had reached my destination 5 hours away, and called frantically hoping the right person had noticed it. They graciously mailed my purse completely intact to me free of charge. I feel very blessed by their integrity and honesty, and I am so grateful. A great establishment and I will definitely stop there again while traveling. Thank you again, Pooler Chick Fil A!
Food was great but we ordered gluten free bread and had to pull to the side and wait. It was over 15 minutes and when they brought the food the buns were still frozen. BUT it was still delicious.
We waited in line for about 20 mins only to not get all of our food. They left out a chicken sandwich. We are not locals and paid with cash so getting a refund wasn't an option. Do better Chick-fil-A!
Ordered a 10 piece and they gave us 8. Then when we returned they where unorganized & asked us multiple times for the code as if they didn't recognize it. Apparently the code specifically says what it`s for but we were led to order & then told to pay for additional items at the window. After hearing what had happened they should've just made it right & replaced the meal completely for the inconvenience of having to travel back & wait in line. Not satisfied.
