Fish was soggy like it was warmed up in a microwave. Definitely disappointed and will be my first and only visit.

Let me start off letting you know that Captains D' is my favorite place to eat went there today don't know who was the cook but the food was delicious the last time I went there ( not today but about 2 weeks ago I was so disappointed the cook was horrible and another thing why is the fish portions changed? They used to come in full filets of fish now one filet is cut into 4 portions you get less fish but the price has doubled please explain why

I just don’t like the attitude I had a problem today my food was hard I came today about 11. I was missing shrimp I been calling the store phone just crazy how nobody even pick up the phone I will never eat here again
The staff are exceptional.The staff is friendly and gracious. The came to the lobby several times and checked on the two occupied booths and three occupied tables to ascertain that everyone was happy and refilled our cups with iced tea and other condiments.Kudos to the staff for not only making us happy but entertaining everyone as well. You could tell that they love their jobs, and are well trained.
Really good, hot and fresh food, fast and friendly service. This location is hitting on all cylinders. Drive-through only though. Hope they open the restaurant back up soon.
This Captain D's has made a 180 degree turn around in the right direction. Fast service very well prepared .
I was in the drive thru 7:45 with one car ahead of me. By the time the order was taken and placed by the person in front of me it was 8:01pm. When I finally got to the speaker I was told they close at 8 and refused to take my order. If they are going to close at that time they need to be sure to serve the customers that we’re waiting in the line before closing time and not dismiss them. Poor business!!!
