We came in and ordered, but the staff was unfriendly and dismissive. There was a lot of chatter between the staff and it didn't seem like anything was getting done. It took around 10 minutes for our order to be completed. The drink from the machine tasted awful. The food itself was fine, but my burger had two pickles, but they were stacked on top of each other in the middle. The food was sloppily put together and both burger and fries were cold. The restroom wasnt as bad as I thought would be, but the urinal probably hadn't been cleaned in months.
My son and I visited on a Saturday night. We were the third car in line at the drive through. The service was slow for the cars in front of us but, when it was our turn to order we were left sitting at the order speaker for several minutes. Finally a young lady steps out the back door and in an angry voice she says “we closed”. This was at 20:20 on a Saturday. I said ok and drove off, as we passed the windows we could see another employee sitting on a bucket in a very nasty looking kitchen. I thanked God for watching over my family by keeping us safe from possible food poisoning, then drove to McDonald's and had a very satisfying McMeal. The restaurants owner really needs to make a visit to this location because it’s obvious that store management does not have a handle on things.
Lobby is closed. As a truck driver I have to walk up to the drive thru to order which is not that safe. Food was cold. To me if you own a business and you can't open your doors to let people sit down and eat and you as a owner don't care enough to bring yourself in and work along side employees and show your customers that they matter. I say sell it or close it.
Why is this place open and the workers refuse to take order. Waited in line behind one car and noticed it was taking a very long time so I decided to go across to Hardee's to get food and noticed the Burger King worker sticking there head out of the drive through window to make sure all the cars were gone. Must be nice to get paid to do nothing. I don't see this place lasting long being as the worker refuse to take any order.
My last three visits in a row (no exaggeration) I was told “we not taking orders at this time”…. a few visits prior to that it was “we only taking cash”…. I’ve also visited multiple times… and received my drink without ice, and when I mention there’s no ice, they THEN tell me “we out of ice”… never giving me an option of whether I want a warm drink or not… I mean… why is this place even open at this point!?
When I entered the store, the place was nearly empty, with a small group of customers. Yet, the staff stopped taking orders for being overwhelmed and short staffed, the food took forever and was cold and nasty. To top it off, only one door of the restaurant was unlocked. I saw customers try and enter through the other doors, only for their access to be denied. In addition, they offered no napkins or paper towels in the restroom. This place needs to step up big time if they want my services.
Traveling in a 26 foot Penske truck can make finding food difficult at times. We stopped this morning to try to find some breakfast at this Burger King. Upon trying to enter the restaurant, we found the door locked. There was a female employee near the counter that looked at us and shook her head. We tried to get her attention to ask if we could walk thru the drive thru to order our food but all she could do was shake her head at us and walk toward the back. Would have really been too much to ask to even acknowledge us? Would not recommend this place at all with such a rude employee.
I come to the drive thru and order 6 sausage egg and cheese so yes I expect to wait I full understand that but what I don’t understand is I wait for my food and it come out and everything is cold cheese not even melted so I go back and instead of making new ones they microwave the 6 they gave me the worst Burger King I have ever gone too
Shake machine ‘not working’. I’m guessing it’s because they don’t want to maintain/ clean it regularly. We were asked to move around the building from drive thru even though no one was behind us. Later figuring they were having everyone do this because they were so slow they would have 1. Had a line into the street waiting to place orders 2. Their drive thru wait times that corporate sees would have probably gotten their franchise license revoked.
I did a door dash order, Chi-King is nothing like the picture shows(chicken patties is so flat), I order spicy, it look and tasted disgusted and it was so soggy. ALL my food was cold and my location is just 5-7. min from there. They ran out of shakes that I currently ordered. Wasted of money!
