The server was extremely nice and helpful for our party of 12 celebrating graduation. The food came out for a few of the party way ahead so part of the party was waiting for the others to get food. I, personally had the lunch original wings with my sauce on the side. The wings were not hot and were very hard like maybe they were leftovers and just reheated. One member of the party had to send back his sandwich because they put hot sauce on it and he had requested none. By the time his remake made it back to the table everyone else was finished and eating cupcakes.
This place was probably the best Wing place ever!I personally had the Cobb salad,It was delicious,they have TVs for people that like watching them while eating,They have LOTS of cool alcoholic drinks!The wait was a little long but it was DEFINITELY the wait for!We where in 86(They numbered their seating areas)It was right next to the bathroom.The bathrooms were clean,But there was this oder lingering,It was kinda foul but you could live!
The worst food ever, we went there and the fries came with a lot of salt and pepper, then I asked for 10 chicken wing as and they sent 8 wings. Even for my kids their food was horrible full of salt and pepper. I won’t eat there never again.
An out of burgers. Cannot believe it. Waiting 1 hour for food. Not enough help. Slow everything. Filthy floors no one cleans or busses tables so they need renovations PS Don't come here
Came into Buffalo Wild Wings in Pooler at 5:10pm.our server was great. Was sat at a table and ordered our drinks. Shortly after ordering our drinks the server took our order which was a 30pc tradition all flats extra crispy ( which u have to pay extra for). She checked on us 3-4 times.but all jokes aside we waited 45min for our food that we ordered straight away, which is crazy. I haven’t ate all day and I just wanted some wings. I got tired of waiting so I told our server we would be leaving because food was taking an outrageous amount of time. Manager even said they dropped our order around 10-15min ago due to shift change ( while we were leaving) but customers that came prior from us have been already eating and pushing out food.only gave us a 15% discount on wings we’ve been waiting on for almost A HOUR!! But food was hot in the end. Not a great experience and wouldn’t recommend ordering anything different from what’s off the menu like all flats because your order will be pulled basically last. It was 6:05pm when we got the food as well. 1 star for sure
They literally gave me wings with feathers still on them. In both my boyfriend and my wings. I didn’t want to argue but she didn’t even offer a discount on our wings that we didn’t even eat after loosing our appetites. I would never recommend this place.
Service has always been 50/50. The cleanliness of the building is not the highest priority, so I don't recommend dine in at this location. However, my order has never been messed up and is always ready in a timely manner, so take out is the way to go here.
To begin with, the drink was not that good. I didn’t even want to ask for a refill. I specifically told the waitress how I wanted my salad twice, and the instructions were not followed. The restaurant was also not too busy, and it took extremely long for us to receive our meal. At least the fries were good.
12 empty tables all having food and garbage all over the place. I watch the waitress step over pieces of paper on the floor and even at sometime kick the paper and look directly at it. We had to send her food back because it was cold, all with eight people standing around doing nothing.
Great service, management. Everyone at my local bdubs are great!
