I went into the Bojangles on HWY 80 in Pooler in a panic after my order had been canceled at another chicken place, by them not me. I needed to feed about 30 people. I spoke to 2 managers and they said they could help.They had 80 pieces of chicken with ALL the fixings ready in less than hour and a half.They saved me and by the way, it was a Saturday!!!GREAT JOB AND A HUGE THANK YOU!
This location puts forth great effort to get the orders out correctly but 2 out of 3 visits didn't go so well. The same sandwich order was not made correctly. The mistake was corrected with apologies so we'll see how things go on the next visit. Everything else was great, friendly & professional staff, hot food and fast service.
The food was chicken was old and hard like it was way past the pull time. Avoid this location if you want good food.
I love Bojangles and the food was awesome. The problem I had was the ignorant order taker which took away from my food.
Chicken and biscuit were very good, the rice was hard like is needed to be cooked 2 minutes more, but it was late afternoon and the are closing at 7pm....so there you go
Horrendous customer service ?. Very Rude who ever does the drive through needs to learn how to talk to customers. I told the owner 2 weeks ago about them I guess it went in one ear and out the other. I order a number 10 fresh. I always gotta go back around and make them drop me a fresh one like I asked for. Nobody wants old chicken.
Was told at 730pm they are on a “limited menu” this seems to be the case near closing because at lunch it’s a full menu with much better service. Hmmmm….
Menu board was broken. Food was barely warm. Biscuit was doughy. Never coming back to this location.
Food was good. Drive thru was a bit if a wait though.
Last time I ate here the lobby was closed and it still is eight months later. I've eaten at Bojangles in NC and VA and their lobbies are open.
