The service was excellent start to finish. It was our first time and was happy to have received a free goodie and the owner stopped by our table to chat with us. The food was out quick and well prepared. The server was attentive but each part of the staff, even the food runner made sure we were taken care of. The restaurant is spacious and the noise level allows for conversation.

Pleasant hostess area and nice waitress. The food was good, a really delicious chicken sandwich! The fruit cup was surprising, it wasn’t the usual cheap fruit like other places, this cup had watermelon, mango, strawberries and blackberries - fantastic! The owner stopped by our table to check on us twice, it was refreshing to have him come by and ask how our experience was and the staff. The restaurant is a chain, but has a mom and pop feeling/vibe to it. So glad we stopped here. The ‘Join the waitlist’ option was helpful and allowed us to check in while we were on our way and cut down wait time. All in all, happy with our visit there!

First I'll say I would probably give it another chance but I was very underwhelmed and somewhat disappointed. The crab cake Benedict was barely warm and seemed like it was likely made the day before with a slight sour taste. The rest of the food was not very flavorful. The hash brown balls were described as having ham and cheese, neither balls had any ham and seemed dry even on the inside. Better luck next time or somewhere else.

We arrived around 9am on a Sunday and were told there would be a 30-45 minute wait. I don’t mind waiting but it would be nice if a reservation system was in order through online or google maps. If there is, I don’t see any indication on here and judging by the large crowds waiting with me, I’m not sure if they even take them. Anywho, we were texted and seated at the first available, which unfortunately was outside. Luckily for us it was only 80 something. They had fans on but it almost felt as if heat were blowing from above me. Either way it goes, a cool drink helped me to be comfortable. They do not serve alcohol until 11am on Sunday’s so if you aren’t from this area, be advised. Their cocktail menu looked really good but we just finished right before 11am. I ordered the strawberry pound cake French toast with a side of chicken sausage and scrambled eggs with cheese. The French toast was good but it definitely tasted like cake sliced topped with strawberry’s. It wasn’t giving the fried bread feel of French toast. No crispness at all. Just soft, cake. It was also room temp, had it been warm, might have been a better flavor to me. Eggs and sausage were good. My daughter ordered the cookie dough waffle with no complaints, my partner on the other hand ordered the chicken and waffles and said it was the “worst chicken and waffles I’ve ever had”. He didn’t even eat the waffle so idk how he could draw that conclusion but his words, not mine. The menu seemed to have a lot of options as well as seasonal items, which I can appreciate. I can’t speak to how great our service was. The hostess who sat us was really friendly and engaging and the waitress we had was definitely on point and attentive. Staff is amazing! I’d say work on the wait times or at least allow for online reservations (the hostess us we got there EARLY, had we gotten there later would have had to wait even longer than the 30-45 minutes we were given upon arrival). The food isn’t good enough to be waiting 40 minutes to eat but the pleasant staff makes it not so bad.

As you can see on the photos the food was delicious and the rum flavor french toast were great the fruits were fresh! My wife's english muffin where at its point crunchy outside and soft inside, her potatoes dish was perfectly cooked and her slides of bacon were perfect. The waiters are friendly and professional. We forgot to take pictures of our hot chocolates, because they were so good we just simply forgot and remembered after drinking it all up. My wife and I who flew from Puerto Rico to visit family here in Savannah in Poolers, this was our first restaurante that we stop to eat our first breakfast and loved the experience with, now we love "Another Broken Egg Cafe" and Im convinced you will too, simply come and enoy.
