Worst zaxbys I’ve ever been too. I can deal with them being the slowest zaxbys on the planet but they do not care at all about the food they give you. The fries were so depressing and nasty. The chicken was so hot it burned all the skin off inside mouth. I literally have blisters in my mouth from it. Anyways go to the Chick-fil-A across the street.
Gas is to high to be waiting for the to tell you to hold then the first two cars leave from getting their food I was still waiting at the speaker for over 45mins and when I said hello she said hold on for me give me a few more minutes and I left ain't no way. If they keep you on hold for more than 2 minutes leave no one should be at that speaker on HOLD for more than 5 second that's RUNNING your time. I will never eat their again I
So mad. Went through the drive through, got my food and went home. Opened the boxes and everything was wrong. Only 1 meal out of the 4 I ordered was right. I tried to eat it, so not only was it wrong, BUT THERE WAS A BLACK HAIR IN IT. My hair is red.
I just went through the Drive through and it took me 40 mins. This is disrespectfully slow. There is no reason for this. This store has a massive management problem. They have the Lobby closed still and cannot handle their own drive thru. Please do not waste your time.
Edit: I just wanted to add that my final wait time in the drive thru for this visit was 52 minutes.Good food, but slow service and ridiculously long wait times. Based on my experiences from multiple visits over the course of two plus years, I recommend circling the building to count the cars in line before fully committing, as the drive thru usually takes a minimum of 3-5 minutes per vehicle. The good news is that they are so slow, multiple customers usually get tired of waiting and leave the line before ordering, keeping the overall wait under an hour. The long wait also gives you plenty of time to write a review of the restaurant and proofread it multiple times before posting. Also, I should mention that the gentleman four vehicles ahead of me has been waiting to order for 11 minutes. I don't know what else to say here, but I'm still only halfway through the line and out of things to add to this review. Best of luck and see you on the other side. Stay strong.
Absolutely the worst zaxbys ever. They still haven’t opened their restaurant to indoor dining and they are always short staffed and take at least 20 to 30 minutes to go through drive thru. and today went by to order lunch and they cannot take any food orders via the drive thru due to the power outage that got back up and running over 2 hrs ago, but I can order it online. Are u kidding me? Ridiculous. Also, the only positive reviews are from the free food coupon they give if u give a positive review
The wait was ridiculously long;If I could have gotten out of that line,I would have cancelled my order...Mgt needs to be more proactive to paying [email protected] the food was fresh/tasty ?

What happened to this place? Its gone downhill badly over the last year or so. Zero stars if possible. You'll wait less time at a fancy restaurant packed on a Saturday night than you will waiting for 'fast food' at this place. I understand there have been some staff shortages prior, but there clearly is also a bigger problem at work here. The irate customer in front of me in the drive-thru ordered a salad. There were zero customers in front of him, and it took 15 minutes to get him his salad and drink. I think the salt in the wound, in addition to insane wait times, is a staff that simply does not care.
