Like most Zaxbys, it is a good place to eat. The food is freshly prepared and decent portions. You get a good value for the price. One of the better fast food establishments.
Came here at 9:25 to get food.While placing a order for 2 meals the lady taking the order got a attitude and impatient and said omg. Have had several issues ordering from here at night. I understand yall close in 30 mins but there's no need to be disrespectful. I decided to just drive out of the drive thru line and go somewhere else.
Love it. They took off the ceasar salad but this is my next love. Ohhh the fry white cheddar bites are awesome when hot.

typically a very good experience, but we ended up wasting time and gas going out from fayetteville to find out this location closes at 8 and not 10 like it says online, the online hours need to be updated to the Actual hours of operation. we were the second car to try to go through the line
This location used to be good. I would get chicken from here whenever I didn't feel like getting Chick-fil-A. Every time I get traditional wings-and-things from here the food progressively gets worse and worse. First I got cold wings which was okay, but the last time I got wings from here the wings were so chewy and old that is was hard to even chew through. They were the smallest wings I've ever seen. Paying $11 for cold, low quality food is not worth. I'm getting popeyes and chick fil a instead.
Changed their hours to 11. Refused to take my order at 10:55? I was willing to wait five minutes. The lords chicken was open across the street tho! Slow service and now terrible customer service. Never again!
This is the closest zaxbys to me and whenever I come here the food is always cold. I always have to give it back to get it hotter. Plz improve your food.
The order was correct; however, the fried white cheddar bites that I ordered for my wife we're not cooked all the way, I ordered extra sauce on my kickin' chicken sandwich it was about dry, and my wife's chicken strips for her Big Zac Snack meal we're bone dry due to being overcooked. I will be getting my money back after my wife goes off of her lunch break, and will not be returning to this location.
