A young lady with a bad personality yelled at me when I said I didn’t want the extra sauce they charged me for. She yelled at me and slammed the door in my face….I explained I didn’t order the ranch and she said she would not refund me the quarter and said I was being crazy about a quarter. If it was not a big deal then why not just give it back???? Gas prices rising…yes I want my quarter back!! Manager claimed she would handle the situation but who knows.
Grace was working drive thru very friendly great customer service skills and the food is awesome always a very pleasurable time to go there the whole staff is great
I usually order wings with nuclear sauce but the nuclear at this location is too hot which is insane sauce in other locations. I thought they accidentally add the insane and served me another plate with nuclear and find out their nuclear sauce here is different from other Zaxby’s I tried before. The service was awesome though.
Going down hill. Everything i ordered yesterday was overcooked and never get the sauce i ask for..even when i pay for extra
This place has been a disaster post Covid. I don’t know if they don’t have enough employees but it is a 20 min minimum wait regardless of how many cars are in the drive through. “We are out of sweet tea” okay can I get this special drink advertised on the sign out here? “Nope, we don’t have that anymore”. Okay cool
Shawnee was great excellent drive thru service. I hope inside opens again soon to pick up. That is only reason I dont go to Zaxbys more.
Drive-thru is the only way to order. Service was good, not a long wait. Order was correct, everything was in the bag. Great job.
Came through the drive-thru this evening at 4:24 PM, to order dinner and a girl named "Shawnee" an employee that I've had a problem with previously before for a salad that wasn't fresh, had my bagged order in her hand holding it up at the drive thru and said; "CHECK YOUR ORDER!" and I told her, Im not checking my order and she was holding my money and my receipt in her hand at the register and I said "Give Me My Money". And she just stood there for a while, and eventually gave me my money, food, and receipt and I told her that she was very immature. Furthermore, she told me "WE'RE NOT SERVING YOU ANYMORE" just for not checking my order. She was just rambling about how she was just doing her job, and that the other managers asks customers to check their food, but she's the only one who has EVER asked me to check my food TWICE through the drive-thru and I come here very often. My order was correct when I got home. I called Zaxby's and asked what was the girls name at the drive thru she answered, told me her name, (Shawnee) and said "I already told them not to serve you anymore". I couldn't get corporate number, so I'm writing this review. She was VERY RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Both times. Absolutely no people skills whatsoever.
My heart goes out to the mighty few that work food service in today's time. The server tonight looked like she was at her breaking point trying to fill orders for cars wrapped around the building and it's only 2 ppl working inside.
While sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I saw a promotional sign that advertised a free Signature Sandwich when you download the app. So, while I sat there waiting for my turn to order, I downloaded it, created an account within the app, and looked at the rewards tab and it didn’t show anything. When I arrived at the speaker, I ordered the food I came for, and asked the employee how I can redeem the free sandwich with the app download. He said “I have no idea”. He then told me to have the app open with the QR code when I got to the window and he’d take care of me. When I got to the window, he gave me my order and a separate bag containing the Signature Sandwich. I showed him the QR code and he scanned it a few times. He said it wasn’t working and told me that he’d have to take the sandwich back or that I could pay for it separately from my original order. I handed him the sandwich back and I will probably never be visiting Zaxby’s again.
