Food was cold and not properly cooked. I was also given an expired brownie. First time ever having food from wingstop and I’m highly disappointed with my experience. There was also a hair in the voodoo fries, the only item I enjoyed from the order. Definitely do not recommend getting food from here.
Ordered 30 wings for the family last night (1-12-2022) and thought that they would be plenty for 4 adults. I was very wrong about that because I don't think that I have ever had such tiny and terrible wings in my life. The wings were so small and lacking meat on them and were so over cooked that they were almost inedible. Also, the flavor of the wings were very generic, and the "hot" ones were not even that hot. I will never go back to this place for wings again and will advise people I know of my experience here at Wingstop. Sad thing is that this was our first time to eat anything form here and will definitely be our last.
Wings always take a while to cook at any restaurant, but time seems to stand still within these walls. The profanity-laden hip hop music blaring helps pass the time. Maybe on my next visit I’ll offer to mop the sticky floors for them while I’m waiting.
The cashier refused to give us our pick up order from door dash without showing her a license of the person who ordered the order. She said it was for security reasons, what for chicken wings? This isn't a passport application! Who goes through the trouble of driving 20 minutes out their way for someone else's 5 wings? Unbelievable!
I’ve ordered from this establishment twice now, the first time I ordered mild wings, what wing sauce was on there, it tasted like pure oil, no flavor whatsoever. The second time I ordered mild wings again (my mistake there) but thinking the first time was just a mix up and AGAIN, no flavor, hardly any sauce, no dipping sauce and no celery that I ordered. This certain location is TERRIBLE.
This is one of the WORST experiences I've had!I ordered through doordash but selected pickup instead of delivery. Once I arrived to pick up my order the lady in the front was so rude. With an attitude She refused to give me my food unless I showed her my proof of order. She stated that ppl steal food from there and So I showed her my dash app with order details and she still refused to even look at it. Then after threatening to call the police because I paid for an order and they refuse to refund or give me my order, she asked if I could show her my license. So i ran out to my car in the rain to provide my license. In the end the food was luke warm and almost tasteless. It definitely wasnt worth the aggravation or the money! I will not recommend this place at all to anyone!
I will not ever order from this restaurant again. I have just tried my third time and have been disappointed every single time. The first two times, they did not follow the special instructions and left food out of my order. This time I had my food delivered and the entire order was room temperature. I followed the DoorDash delivery person and it was delivered within 10 min of picking it up at the store. This food sat out for an untold amount of time and it is unacceptable. I’ve tried calling the restaurant and cannot even get through. Do not order from here. I’m warning you. Don’t do it. You will be disappointed. Don’t say you weren’t warned….

We placed a $70.00 order on Monday, got confirmation the order would be ready in 16 to 20 minutes. drove to store and the store was closed. They not only were closed and wasted my time I drove back up Tuesday to get my order and they said " we won't cook the orders from yesterday. they said go on line and ask for a refund. I said I just wanted my order that I paid for yesterday they said they would not honor yesterday's orders and would not cook it. I called manager Curtis 404 960 2388 but he did not answer phone or call me back. very unprofessional. it happened to many other customers. I consider it theft and dishonest.
Great staff guys are awesome food was hot and fresh and everyone is practicing food safety which is a big plus with whats going on these days
