Great service and food. The people who work there are so friendly and down to earth. Never had a bad experience and I come here a lot!
I made a doordash order for pick up at 6:25pm. At 6:45 I went I went in to pick up my order. I was told by the person at the register that they never received my order. I showed my receipt and the text confirming they received my order. She stated we have to wait until the order comes through on their end. Seriously? I didn't get my order until 7:10. I watched a couple sit down, eat and leave before my food was ready. I didn't get a sorry for the inconvenience or anything. She placed the bag on the counter and didn't even have the audacity to say hey, this is your order. We were standing right there!! Just went back to work like nothing was wrong. I probably could of just stood in line an ordered. What a disappointing experience. I hope she is not a manager. If so, horrible customer service skills.
After reading all the great reviews on this place, we tried it out for take out. It wasn’t all that great like the reviews say it is. I ate it because it was my lunch, but I don’t know if I’d get it all the time or say it’s so good. I prefer Barberitos for more flavor and options. If you’re in town though & looking for something quick and simple this is the place to go.
The staff is ALWAYS on point at this location. The food was a little below par for this location, still good, but not as good as normal. I'm sure it has to do with shortages or even vacancies in items and the supply chain. Whatever substitutions they are having to make, they are doing a really good job with it.
Their nachos are a little different in the sense that they sprinkle the cheese over the chips and then broil them to melt the cheese. It was an enjoyable entre. Moes goes for the warm queso dip over the nachos which is also fun, just different. I got the tofu over my nachos and was pleased they marinade and grilled the tofu opposed to just a marinade.
I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I love it. The people who work here are always amazing and polite and they’re always willing to help you get the right order. My husband came in on 3/27/22 @ around 7:15 and there were 3 people absolutely rocking it. They got everyone taken care of in a timely manner, were polite and just did a fantastic job. BUT I will say - it’s ALWAYS these 3 workers that go above and beyond when I come in. Every single time they make my time in there easy and extremely enjoyable. Thanks for always being awesome!
Love love love the staff! After a over a 12 hour flight I decided to load up, my plate was great! They were very busy, but still were very quick and extremely polite!!

Waited 10 min to order. We were the only ones in line and the three employees never acknowledged us. Finally we just left. Definitely will not be going back.
I really love the place. I love the new cashier, very kind. The food's awesome as well. It a comfortable place as I've been going since I was 16. For about 5 years now. The cashier, Lilia, is very fun to talk and all. She's amazing and all. I love the new cashier, very kind. The customer service is wonderful. I'm sure anyone who's come to Willy's won't regret it!
