Order three large fries and a BACONator plain and dave’s SINGLE plain and regular dave’s single. There was no bacon on a BACONATOR and the dave’s single plain was double with everything on it. We asked them to redo our order because everything else was cold. They only gave us our burgers back with no fries because it was near closing. The lady gave us attitude when we asked for them to redo our order as well.
This location is horrible both the food and the management. My burger look like a hockey puck my bread was hard like toast. Don't even attempt to ask to speak to a manager and ask for a name you will get hung up on. Extremely horrible customer service I do not recommend and I definitely will not return. The lady who said she was the manager refused to give me her name stating "the food is what you want right, you don't need my name". At this point I don't want any replacement food I'm not sure if this location is franchised or no but instead corporate was contacted.
This Wendy's is starting to make some changes for the positive in their customer service and food quality. The last several times I've been there, the food is much more fresh and hot, and the service is showing much improvement in their greetings and interactions. Keep it up!One small area of improvement would be to reduce the amount of mayo on the sandwiches. We're always wiping off half of it, which just seems like a waste of food (and costs to the business).
Slow, order always wrong, most times food is not fresh, old nuggets & fries.
It is a good option if you are in a hurry, tasty nice and not expensive
Tonight I decided to get a hamburger on the way home. A single with ketchup and mustard. I waited for a few minutes for them to take my order. That was fine. When I got my order, I checked it, the hamburger had cheese on it. So they remade it. I checked it and it was correct. Like many have stated. Ordered a breakfast sandwich on Dec 9, 2021 combo and the sandwich and potatoes came out ice cold. Not warm, not lukewarm, but artic cold. The food was colder then my drink.
