If I could give it a zero I would because that is what I got- zero. Vehicle is too big to go through the drive through. It is a school bus. No dine in and no curb side service. Can't get a Wendy's fix. How much business is this store losing every day?
I went here 2 nights in a row thinking that they were just having a bad night (first night they got my Hamburger wrong ... no onions, tomato or ketchup, they smothered it in ketchup) then tonight I got a baked potato that looks like it set out all night underneath a heat lamp! I added photos in the photo sections!
Bight a classic chicken sandwich combo today. Was the most pitiful excuse of a sandwich. I can see why no one wants to work there and place barely existing

I have never been so disrespected in my life. I stopped here today after work and the young lady at the drive thru had my order wrong on the screen and I said, "ma'am I didn't order a double baconator. I ordered a son of baconator." She said,"all I heard was baconator." When I got to the window to pay, she didn't give me a receipt, so I asked her could she give me my receiot, in which she balled my receiot up with her hand, handed it to me, and then slammed the window so hard, that it opened back up. I will NEVER spend my money here again. I really felt like calling the police, but the way my God is about me......tuh.!????
What is with American fast food lately? Wendy’s was my Go-to since Mcdonalds always had a “broken” ice cream machine. I came here at 8:30pm just wanting a frostyccino and the guy says “We outta cold brew and we close in thirty minutes”. You did a great job dissuading me from ordering. I wasn’t even going to get a meal. Just wanted a coffee drink for my night shift. You guys are horrible.
I would never go to this Wendy’s in Peachtree city off crosstown. It is absolutely horrific the customer service is terrible I’ve been here now 35 minutes waiting for an order it’s horrible
Their new french fries were hot and perfect hamburger was cold :-(
Wrong order, drive back, wait in line, chastised about order. Still wrong, and at that point, can't eat due to the quality of worker.
I was there after 9pm. so they were getting ready to close. I had to wait a while in line, but when I got my order, it was piping hot. It was worth the wait. The entire order was correct and the staff was very friendly.
