Not a clean table in place there were folks inside but we had to carry out only... obvious they just didnt clear tables so they didn't have to take dine in...out of alot of stuff...RUDE. first and last time there. I know its hard to find workers right now but employing people who give not a single damn abiut customers or company unexceptable. It was about 1230am worked for waffle house for many years in past... was shocked at the way the store was run ...
4 people working when I walked in. Tried to place order by phone and they wasn’t doing that. Walked in no hello, from any of the 4 working. Not busy at all only two young man sitting at bar and they was talking and joking with three younger of the workers. The older lady working looked like she could care less I was there. Took the one guess order and finally come to me and said what can I get I get you. After sitting and waiting on food four more sets of folks did come in. None of the workers acknowledged anyone at the 4 tables. Justin cook talking about why he was late, didn’t get the little blondes name but she was talking about working at nic n Norman’s with a boy that had glasses and had a bandanna on his head that worked there. Suzanne I being might be spelled wrong older lady working there busy drinking her coke to wait on anyone that come in. Surprised I got my food at all. If something else would have been close and open would have left.
We we were late for our dinner date.... So we went to the Waffle House. Perfect date night.
Our server was more interested in being loud and silly with other workers and customers rather than taking our order correctly and checking in on us. I really wonder what was so funny that caused the worker to scream and laugh to the point of forgetting they were at work.
Clean lil place. Waiter was cool young fellow. Driving 5 miles to home I cramped up n got sick. Felt fine going there but was messed up n stayed in my bathroom for five hours afterwards. Wasn't Covid n felt fine next morning. Caught some bacteria there somewhere most likely. Wife was ok before n after.
We barely made it before the after church crowd. The food here is pretty good. It sure is a great place for a waffle.
Service was good we dined it! It was about 1am! We enjoyed it. Servers didn't seemed at all annoyed, they made us some good food too!
Mary and Brandy are excellent. They are quick and have great attitudes. The food today was perfect and these ladies are great at what they do.
The staff just acts like they wish you weren't there and congregate around the end area, talking and stuff to each other, rather than being attentive to their customers. You know, the ones that keep you employed and the lights on.
