Just left there for some food to have a date with my boyfriend by the nearby lake. Both got chulupas meals one beef and one chicken, both were chicken and made awful, it was mostly lettuce. We also ordered cinnamon twist and never got them, once irritated because I don't like paying for things I didn't recieve we never even got a receipt. I know we were charged because of the drive thru screen, highly disappointed in the service. I normally go earlier in the day, so maybe it's the night crew but that was awful.Thanks for ripping me off and giving me horrible food, never again going here.
I visited here with my husband who is visiting from Europe. He loves the Mountain Dew so we decided to stop by. I placed a mobile order in the parking lot and was about to go inside but a worker named Sandria was taking out drive-thru orders. I told her I just placed a mobile order and she said she would bring it out for me. I asked her if she could make the drinks no ice and she pleasantly said yes. She came out shortly with a bunch of orders and handed me mine, just as I requested. I really would like to let Sandria know that her that customer service was very pleasant. I feel like customer service has diminished lately in most fast food, we need more workers like Sandria (lovely name by the way). Thank you Sandria and I hope you have a wonderful day and more!
These days I am so scared to go to restaurants because their menu price went up to 70%. But this Taco bell still offers 3 tacos for $4.50. When in Trump time, 3 tacos cost 6 dollars in Ranchero, Hacienda, La Parilla, but now $10 at this Biden time.Why do you still visit fancy Mexicans whose price bomb busting your wallet?
First, in my own defense, I likely only swing by Taco Bell about once every 3 – 4 months. That said, on those occasions I do enjoy a Chalupa. Today was such a day, so I cruised into the drive-thru lane. I was then told via the speaker that the drive thru was not serving (I think) due to . They invited me to come inside to order. I was puzzled that the vehicle ahead of me got some food and then circled back into the drive thru lane again (?). I parked and, after stepping into a rain-filled pothole just outside my vehicle (but avoiding soaking my sock), entered the restaurant. I had never been inside before. I saw taped-up signs directing me to ‘Kiosk only’. Ah – well, thank you, “Fight for $15”! This is literally the 2nd time this week that I’ve newly-encountered ordering kiosks. It appears to be a trend… After a fortuitous guess, I managed to place my order for a couple of chalupas. The counter guy shortly came out and called a name (not mine, from what I could tell). He called it again, and then pointed at me and asked if I had ordered chalupas… I got my food. It appears they are still adapting to the human-less ordering. I guess this is the future, so I’d better get used to it, even though I should only rarely need to interact with it…
Their attitude is terrible. The morning crew argued with me even when the receipt clearly shows what I paid for. No customer service what-so-ever!! Their coffee and Cinnabon coffee have no taste and are extremely watered down. Highly disappointed that I paid what I didn't get!!!
Missed breakfast and lunch today and decided to get a couple of tacos to hold me over til dinner.BIG MISTAKE.I’ve never experienced food poisoning, but for the past 5 and a half hours I’ve had horrendous diarrhea (yeah I know, haha it’s Taco Bell), but to the point where I was convulsing. FINALLY puked it all out, but it was the most vile and violent vomiting I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention almost passing out several times.I realize it’s probably an anomaly, but be warned. I will never go back to this location.
Every time I go here my food is hot and fresh. It's just the customer service I have an issue with. Sometimes the person that takes the order acts like I'm interrupting something or bothering her. One day I came to order and all of the employees were in the parking lot arguing, cursing, and about to fight
Love the kiosk set up, lets you explore the whole menu. Love chalupas, the friendly and smiling employees were much appreciated. Just bring back the nacho fries please! ??
Got 3 soft tacos with extra cheese and the grease just kept running out if it. The meat must have been nearly the last of the night because the grease just kept running out of the soft taco. It wasn't hot either, more like lukewarm...the cheese wasn't even melted. It was probably some of the worst soft tacos I've had since being in college 20 years ago. Y'all need to get it together. I am extremely disappointed in having spent my supper money on that meat. I should have picked a better restaurant or just decided on eating at home. That was an awful choice for supper...plus now I'm up going on 2 am with a stomach ache!! Not good when I have to be up for work in a few hours. This is going to make for a very ling day & the last time I go to Taco Bell for a very long time if ever again!!
