Closes early without notice. Door says open and employees inside but locked up and don't acknowledge people.Verify hours before trying to go an hour before closing.
We placed a to go order via the app and I ordered a Subway Club Salad. What I found when we got home was a bowl full of veggies. Not a single piece of meat. There was supposed to be Turkey, ham and roast beef. When I called I was basically told there was nothing they could do about it. They weren’t allowed to make adjustments to the payments once they are made. Not even much of an apology. He just said he didn’t make the salad. Very disappointing.
Would give 0 if possible. Last night my son went to get a sandwich at 8:05 PM and they were closed despite business hours on Google saying 9:00. Needs to be updated.Today I ordered two sandwiches on white for delivery through the Subway App. One came on white and one on wheat. I called the store and they said it was their last piece of white. Someone should have called because my husband would have gladly taken the meatball on wheat but instead they used the white for his and used the wheat for someone that doesn't eat wheat. Couldn't be switched at home due to the marinara. Before assuming substitutions are ok someone should reach out.

We buy our sandwiches, salads, and wraps from this location once or twice every week. We love it. This Subway location is always clean & offers the freshest of ingredients, at reasonable prices. (The only complaint has been around holidays, when the hours open posted on the internet are not always correct .If it's a holiday time, call.)
I grew up my whole life going to this location and unfortunately will never be going back. This franchise has really gone down hill in their customer service, unfriendly employees and management. I've always been generous and left a tip to the sandwich artist. Today I sat outside and was denied a refill even after being a tipping customer. It's no surprise to me that subway is failing as a business when they treat their guest poorly. And the time I tried to eat ther before this they locked their doors 45 mins before closing time and just gave me nasty looks when I tried to open the door. I highly recommend going to another sub shop like publix deli or something, the golden days of subway eat fresh are over I'm so disappointed that a place I used to live has become so unfriendly.
Very clean very organized very fast. It's a Subway it's got all the sandwiches you want right. I prefer the chicken bacon ranch. But you do you. Just go get your munch on man. ?
