Great service!! Morgan at the drive thru window was excellent!!! Even, generous customers. The people in the car ahead of us in the drive thru paid for our order. How thoughtful...it made me and my wife's day.
Extremely long wait time, 45+ min, despite ordering via the app. 1st time visit at this location
Waited over 25 minutes for an iced coffee. Eventually asked for refund because I had to get to a meeting and couldn't wait anymore. When I asked for a refund, they jumped to make it which was okay, but wasn't great for the other customers waiting for their orders longer than I was. I would have been happy with a refund. There were 5+ employees working. Please improve your business workflow here.
Lately short of personal with only drive through. Not good!!!
Lines always extremely long and are usually out of important items. The app usually lists items as unavailable at this location even though they are not.

Waited for 30 minutes. People who came in AFTER us got their drinks before us and no straws?!? Other drinks were being made and I worked at a drink place so I understand when it gets busy, but it’s not okay to have other customers get loads of drinks out before ours.
Order my drink came into the store and it said it was ready and then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for the drink while everyone else got there drinks (mind you this is the third time I’ve come to this location and my order was very late sadly) . Don’t place a mobile order here if you want it on time:) just got through the drive thru if you have the time and patience!
Great service. Great coffee. Even though the patio is small it's a nice vibe when you can get a table or chair.
