I came in today about 3:00. The lady who served me was very rude and dismissive. She walked away when I was trying to ask her a question about the smoothie she had made me. When I ordered the smoothie she had confirmed that it was what I asked for and when she made it it was something different. She didn’t answer any questions. I just left with the wrong smoothie she had made.
Clean and inviting, friendly staff, the best smoothies in town, lots of money saving pops, I won't go any place else!!!!!.
Dude closed 20 mins early and refused to open the door. Pathetic. Needs new employees. Worked night shift today 10/29/21
So I have visited this location before, but today I sent my 12 year old in by herself and she came back with a half filled 32 oz. cup because she said the store is out of 20 oz lids. The 32 oz cup was exactly half full, now I’m not one to be petty but it seemed like 16 oz. With that being said, I went back in to ask for a full 20oz, the teenagers working started giggling and whispering to each other, the male, Zachary said ok and proceeded to tell Zoe and she said she remembered the girl. After I waited for my drink to be remade for about 10 minutes right in front of them. Zachary asks me if he can help me with something? I said yes my drink that you said you understood about when I asked for the remake. He said he will not remake it. They saw me waiting there the whole time yet not one of the 3 took the time to either confirm they would not help me or make it for me. So I said that I didn’t understand how they would not make up a simple drink for a customer whose family and friends spend a lot of money there. I asked for the manager and he said there are no managers there today. I asked for their names and corporate number and he said he didn’t know the corporate number. Needless to say…I will not return to this Smoothie King again. It’ll be Planet Smoothie for me and my family from now on. No management = poor service.
Best experience and customer service I’ve had in a long time! Lilly, Jasmine, and Noah were very gracious and respectful. They took my order down immediately and got it to me fast! Their great conversation made it seem even faster. Me and my wife live almost exactly 10 min between 2 smoothie Kings and we go a lot, but this will be the only one I go to from now on. Thanks for making things fun but still safe with everything going on in the world.
I wanted to take a moment to tell you about this store. You will receive 100% customer satisfaction here. I have never had an unpleasant moment nor have I had any stress/headaches. Bobby, the owner, works hard. He understands the importance of treating every customer like family. You will see what I'm talking about.
Clean, open area to wait, there is NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS, and unless it $5 Friday and/or 2pm on Friday, they are superb ?
