Ordered a few sandwiches and soups.They forgot my bag of chips and one of my soups. Next time I went back I told the manager that they shorted me the items. No I’m sorry and no anything! Didn’t offer any kind of apology or correction. Definitely won’t be spending my money at this location!

Placed an online order, picked it up and saw that the directions were not followed. Attempting to drive these back to Florida so I wanted the produce on the side. The owner stared at the receipt stating that this was not his fault, it didn't print this on the receipt and that this is a known issue. I never stated it was his or anyone's fault. I just wanted what I asked for. He didn't offer to fix it, didn't offer to make it right. If you own a business, your job is to make every experience go right. In this case, do what the customer asks for and apologize for the issue. Refusing to do that shows that you don't care. Terrible service, eat elsewhere.
if you advertise and offer 2 for 1 pizza deals on Wednesday in the store, you should honor it, not make excuses like , " you have to download app " which I did, then tell me we don't offer it. Sad, rude, and a great way to lose customers. When I contacted main office, was told they would have someone from district team contact me shortly, well, it's been a week with nothing. Not sure what "shortly" is to them, but just an all around bad customer service. What's worse is I actually like the food, but sadly, they've lost a customer now.
