Great service and great food. A man dressed in white cook garb strolled about the joint checking in on folks. I’m guessing the owner. He showed genuine concern that we enjoyed the experience. Staff was polite and right on top of it. I had salmon which came with asparagus (a little too mature) and rice pilaf (a little too salty but hey I’m a low sodium type). Deserves 5 stars anyway. If I ever make it back here I’ll definitely eat here again.
Recently ate dinner then came back for lunch. Not a bad thing on the menu. Mr. Pascal is very hands on so expect to see him. In comparison with other restaurants, Pascal's doesn't seem to have the slow service problem other places do. The pasta buffet at lunch is still the best value for a nice, freshly prepared lunch in Peachtree City.
I’ll start by saying the service and martinis were on point. Our waitress couldn’t have been any better. I ordered the flounder and my wife ordered the filet. Both dishes were fresh and cooked good but, they really lacked flavor.

The staff here is wonderful and the food is always a delight. Sign up for the weekly dinner special- it is a three course treat that is seasonal and fabulous. Pascal's is consistently excellent. We love this little bistro.
Maybe I need to visit for dinner but I took my Mom here for lunch a few days ago. We opted to try this over Carabba’s and regretted that decision. The pasta bar was tasteless and the chicken tasted like it came out of a can. The worse part was the Caesar salad which was completely brown. I was shocked that they left it out for people to consume. Neither of us finished our pasta bowl. Quite a disappointing experience.

Excellent cuisine in PTC that compares to our experiences of eating at fine restaurants in Buckhead. Pascal is very welcoming and courteous. He had his personnel setup another table in the outdoor dining area for us even though they were booked and we had failed to make a reservation properly through the restaurant. Make sure to book by calling and not through Google.
Never disappointed with Pascal's! Everything we've tried there has been delicious with enough for leftovers. Boeuf bourgignon is amazing. Excellent wine list and great service. Love that Pascal himself stops by every table.
