I will NEVER order a pizza from Papa Johns again. I could make my own and deliver it out of the county in less time than it takes this store to deliver a pizza down the street. It’s the second time (benefit of the doubt) I’ve dealt with ordering what turned out to be a phantom pizza. Ridiculous! Don’t bother ordering a pizza from this Popa Johns. Less than one star!
ANSWER YOUR PHONES!!! I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my order. It has said my pizza is 68 minutes to make. It should never take that long! Of course it doesn’t tell me how long it will take to make until I place the order. This place is shady and will not answer their phones. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I am on my way in person to cancel this order, this place is insane.
Papa Johnson has seemed to have stepped up their A-game since our last order. Food has been great, thoroughly cooked and fresh.
Usually pretty good and okay service but they closed shop and ran from the grind during a flurry. You boys is chumps.

I placed an online order for 15 pizzas on a Monday morning to be delivered that day for lunch at a meeting I put on. All 15 pizzas were made to order, delivered on time and the driver even let me hang on to the bags to keep the pizzas hot volunteering to come back and get them later. All in all I was very pleased with the experience and the pizzas!

Just received my pizza and wasn't worth the money spent. Pizza's toppings were seldom to find when eating and with a handful of cheese! Go around the corner to eat something else! Not worth the $32 spent.
They charged us for dipping sauces but we didn’t get them. One of the pizzas (thin crust) was burnt and inedible. Don’t waste your time and money here.
