I visited this location today and I must say I will never return back, it was horrible. The young lady that took my order did fine, however the time it took to make a sandwich & smoothie was ridiculous. Once I realized none of the employees including the manager was moving like turtles I got back in line and asked for my money back. I was fully refunded $17.85 for a sandwich & smoothie. With prices like that u would think they would hurry in make the order but apparently the manager hasn’t set the tone in this store. I never wanted to be biased but managers should be young and energetic. I won’t be returning I can promise that.

They messed my order up three whole times. Not to mention the fact that it took 30 minutes for them to page me, I grabbed the bag, and then they chased me out of the door saying that it wasn’t my order. I ordered to go, and they said they put in on trays. I stood for another 10 minutes while they bagged it, only to get to my car and realize it was still not my order. i went back in and they said the original bag i grabbed was my order. I ordered mac and cheese, but there was soup instead. I walked back and and had them change it out, and it somehow took 15 minutes. I will not be returning.

Today I went in as soon as they opened to purchase 2 buckets of bagels for the Tuesday half off special. The manager, Pierre, waited on me and could not have been more professional or pleasant. He said their bagel cutter was currently not cutting unevenly, so he sliced 26 bagels for me by hand and with a smile on his face. What a stand out he is, when customer service skills are so lacking in other establishments. I will definitely be back & will spread the word. I hope corporate sees this and can recognize him in a meaningful way. Fantastic service!

I usually enjoy this location but they really need to address how they handle their rapid pickup orders when they do not have all the items on the order available. I picked up an order today for a flatbread and a brownie. I noticed my brownie was missing and stood at the counter at least 3-4 minutes without being addressed only to be advised they were out of brownies. Running out of an item is a part of running a restaurant and is understandable but to leave it off my order and put it on the pickup shelf with no acknowledgement is not okay. When I pointed out that this $3.29 item was missing, the cashier asked me to pick out another pastry. I selected a chocolate chipper cookie and asked the cashier if the items were priced the same. She went to the register to “check” and told me the pricing on the brownie and cookie were the same. I get home and double check myself and of course, the brownie was indeed more expensive. This isn’t the first time I’ve picked up an order only to be informed by an employee after I ask for the rest of the stuff I paid for that they ran out of the item. So…had I not brought it to your attention, you would have just kept my money knowing you didn’t give me everything I paid for? This is not okay and needs to be addressed.

I placed a mobile order and it said it was running late which is fine. 10 minutes later it said it was ready, it was not and i waited another 20 minutes. The girl at the counter seemed annoyed that i even asked about it.When i finally got my food she forgot my drink and then had to ask me how to make the coffee. I checked my soup and they forgot the croutons and she rolled her eyes when i came back inside to ask for a bag of them. My food was good but the customer service was unreal, and i say that as someone who also works in customer service. Even though the food was good, i definitely wont be coming back. I can go without the death stares when picking up food

A bit of a cluster. Online order should have been 30 minutes, hit a notification Taft it was running late. Ok, happens. But then got a notice 20 minutes later that it was ready, walked in, no food. Waited 20 more minutes next to the pickup stand, no food. Finally went to ask where it was and they were still putting it together. Apparently, that was the same experience as the other people waiting there. Don’t send a note saying it’s ready if it’s not. Quality was great. Service was suspect.

The nastiest steak and cheddar sandwich ever! And, they obviously didn't have enough for a half sandwich. Unfortunately. I ordered a whole one. The person wiping down the tables was using the same nasty cloth for the seats and tables ?

Visited this location on a cold March day and had an unusually warm experience with the kind woman working the front. She was so professional and genuine she brightened our day. The food was great and the location was clean.

Kedron Panera used to be one of my favorites. Not sure if it’s the new management or what. But can’t say I’m going to visit again after today. Attached are pics of 2 grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered and was pretty disappointed after unwrapping to find this. French onion soup got thrown in the trash and lady who took my order never smiled and frankly needed to be schooled on customer service. I’m sorry but it was my favorite restaurant and I won’t go back after this visit.

Terrible consistency. Ordered a bowl of soup and got a cup serving. When I asked for more, the employee sat and argued with me. Do not waste your money. Don't come here. Worst panera bread location ever. My bread was HARD TOO!!
