This location is a hit or miss for me. When they have food on hand it is great. I have tried 2 times in last 7 days to get a strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken and spinach instead of romaine for lunch. The first time they did not have any spinach and yesterday they did not have enough defrosted chicken for a whole salad. This was all for lunch takeout. I did not go into the restaurant 5 minutes before closing. It is very frustrating to say the least.
I usually do not write bad reviews, but I have never seen a salad like this. Honestly super disappointed… opened up my salad to a very watery mess. About a half an inch of some unknown liquid in the bottom of my salad. So gross couldn’t even finish it.
I've ordered randomly from this location over the past two years. Each time a different random order. NEVER had a single issue. Quick and fresh. Today the manager was in and opened the door for me as I was leaving. The workers were friendly and thanked me.Definitely a great place to grab a bite.
I ordered the pick two with the mac-n-cheese and the new spicy chicken sandwich and I bit into it and it was frozen. I asked for a new one and they said well we heated it up for 3 mins and 30 sec. I responded with,”I’m sorry but it’s cold” and they hesitated and said it’s probably the sauce. They didn’t seem to want to fix the problem. But they agreed to give me another one. When I revived my “new sandwich” it was not what I ordered. On top of this problem I also received my Mac-n-cheese in a block. I will not be visiting this Panera ever again.
My kid loves to go there and visit Mandy. She's great and always makes my daughters ice coffee just the way she likes it. She literally will not get one unless she makes it for her.
We went through the drive thru and were very pleased with our order. Service was swift and friendly.
I hate leaving negative reviews..but my salad was old and nasty. Giving them two stars because my sons food was okay. I hope the food quality will be fixed because I’d love to see this company do well in Senoia.
French bagel is super tough/hard it is not fresh old. Panera is better than this.
Got here at 7am… The only customer in the store. Three employees all look at me and continue cutting bread instead of taking my order. I’ve waited a total of 30 minutes now for a plain bagel in the “rapid pick up” area.
I wish I had a picture but I sent the food back and got a refund. I went to 3 different Panera bread restaurants because I was craving a bread bowl. That shows how much I was determined. The first one allowed me to order online knowing that certain food items weren’t there anymore, so when I got there I cancelled my order the minute I realized that there were no more bread bowls. The second store was closed for some reason. I then called this store and told the manager “Manny” that I’ve been to three stores looking for bread bowls and how my experience had been. At this point I had been driving for over 40 min. She responded and said “Yes we have bread bowls”. I’m excited, driving another 15 min only to get there and find out that there are no more bread bowls. I was so hungry that I still bought the food but I demanded to speak to the manager. When the manager first approached me, she looked as if she had an attitude and as I expressed to her that it would’ve been courteous to tell me that the store only had a few bread bowls left considering everything I told her that I went through looking for them, She then starts to stretch her arms and say “yea well at the time we did have them”. I then restated my comment and she just stared at me. I just walked away because she didn’t care. I went to my car and it looked like somebody ripped off my side of bread with their fingers instead of precisely cutting it nor was my soup was filled all the way up to the top of the cup so I returned the food. Poor service and presentation all around. I’ve never experienced this from any Panera bread.
