While I'm happy to see them getting more staff I get less impressed with the place every time I go. I watched an employee wear the same gloves from the time we go there till the time we left. In that time she was touching the register, cash, her pants, etc. I know because I watched. Then I watched her touch food. Now I have to wonder how contaminated my food was. Wearing gloves is fine, but you have to change those gloves. Often. I've worked food service. I know. I then watched another employee reach under a customer getting a drink and open a cabinet. Instead of waiting till the customer moved, to put something in the cabinet. Making the customer move back. I realize someone was calling her, but the customer comes first. I'm angry on her behalf. Just unacceptable. If they are new then someone should have been teaching them. Do better.
I actually went to PTC's Qdoba earlier today and was so disgusted by the conditions of the restaurant, and put off by the poor, poor quality of the food, that I ended up throwing away my "3 Street Tacos." I called my husband to meet me at Moe's in The Avenue. What a great decision! The food was hot and the flavor/texture/overall quality was outstanding. And guess what? The place was clean, the bathroom clean and well-stocked, and the servers were gloved. The main cashier put on gloves when he handled food and took them off when handing money or retrieving trays from the dining area. Just really outstanding all around and I wish I'd gone here first. But now I know and I'll never go to Qdoba again. I'll always choose Moe's in The Avenue, when I have a choice.
We came into town for a soccer tournament and I had to find a place to feed 30+ people within a couple hours. I worked with a lady named Jamie and she was so amazing and helpful through the process. I would recommend this place over and over. Jamie earns a gold star!!!
Great service, delicious food, reasonable prices. Loved the place.
To put it lightly, I come to this Moe’s a lot. It’s well managed, clean, the food is great, and generally fast even with a line.We took advantage of the meal kit deal and it’s a great option if you’re looking to feed about 5 people at home or just have some good food for a few days.
The only Moe's that doesn't offer half and half protein options you must pay almost 3$ for double meat. Very stingy on the toppings chipotle would never either would the Fayetteville Moes location highly suggest going there.
First time at Moe's.The food was very good .Will be visiting there again
Usually come here and everyone is nice and great food. But there’s one employee who has the worst attitude and is very condescending. Not cool
Always good, quality ingredients, well put together, good salsa. Never disappointed. Edit: visited today Dec 2, 2021 for lunch - I had a bowl with cilantro-lime rice and the rice was undercooked. Hard rice doesn't make it better, I will leave it at that.
Very friendly and the guy who made my food is really nice. Wish I had gotten his name but he has a good personality for food service! My quesadilla was good too!
