I have had multiple burnt egg McMuffins with raw egg inside. Yet, I keep trying because I wonder how you can screw up McDonald’s so bad. Today they fried their own egg, eggshells and all in my sandwich. I’m officially done. I use to think people were dramatic with their posts about crosstown McDonald’s…..like how can it be that bad……IT IS!!
This McDonald’s is THE BEST! I live much closer to a different location but only come here. The food is ALWAYS fresh, and always correct! They also have a fast drive thru time. They never have soggy biscuits and that alone brings me joy. And their soda machine is always perfect!!! The staff is the best!!!
I usually don’t do reviews…. But, this location is the absolute worst. I ordered food online. I ordered The cheeseburger pack, with mustard and pickles only on the burgers, a large coke, a large Dr Pepper and an extra 20 piece nugget with hot mustard for the sauce…the ONLY thing that was right about the order was a 20 piece nugget. There were no fries, no drinks, no dipping sauce for the nuggets and a 20 piece nugget missing, and the burgers had extra ketchup and extra onions on them. I’ve worked in food service, and it’s really not hard if you are capable of reading the ticket that prints out in front of you. This location just seems to be full of pure laziness. I’m not sure what the qualifications are to work at this location, but breathing and taking up space must be the only ones because that’s about the only thing these employees get correct. I understand being short staffed, but there’s no excuse for that many items to be missing, it already takes atleast 30 minutes to get your food, a quick check of the items isn’t going to make a difference in the time someones already waited…
The dining room was clean. A bathroom stall toilet had gross residue on it. The bathroom otherwise was clean. The service was ok. One of the employees asked how the food was.
A very good place to pick up a quick bite on the way home.
This McDs is the absolute worst. I hate to say it, but after a half dozen visits over the past year, I can conclusively say this place blows. Want a shake? Too bad, shake machine is down. Want a couple of Quarterpounders? Too bad, they only have one “‘Pounder”. Want a Coke? They’re out of Coke! Order a shake and sundae when the machine is working? Too bad. Oh, they’ll charge you, but not put them in the bag. Thanks Ron.There’s a Wendy’s across the street that’s solid, and has never been without a Frosty.Go there instead.Even better is the Taco Bell across the way and a few doors down that has consistent In-N-Out levels of service.Go there too.Just don’t bother with this McDs.
Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes after the cashier told me to wait 3 different times. Finally drove away to see the cashier playing on his phone and racking up that company time.
Excellent service through the drive thru. Evonne took our order and was able to still get me a couple breakfast sandwiches that they still had after breakfast hours. She was very sweet and very helpful! If you want some wonderful southern charm and generosity go through this drive through! ?
This McDonald was immaculately clean. Elaine took my order. Greeted me with a very warm hello my food came out hot and fresh. She even walked around the restaurant and asked everybody how that meal was. One of the best if not the best McDonald's that I've been to
I just started a job nearby the restaurant, so it's very convenient to go there on lunch. I have been 3 times now. All three times my service has been pathetic. This past time, the person taking orders struggled to get my 2 item order correct and she failed still after 3 attempts. Then, the first window you pay at was not open and I waited there patiently even though no one was ahead of me. After a few minutes I drove to the second window and asked if I could pay here since nobody was at the back window. I got my food, which was wrong, and got my drink with no straw. The manager asked me to pull into a parking spot and they will bring my debit card out. I said no, I will wait here for it, thank you. She then told the employee to hurry up I was being rude
