This McDonalds has new owners and was completely renovated inside and out. The new owners started out great, but slowly things are falling apart, especially when it comes to cleanliness. It seems that the employees don’t care about keeping the tables clean or floorsmopped. I went in 2 days ago for breakfast at about 9am. The tables were dirty and French fries were on the floor from the day before. I also had to step on and kill bugs in the floor in front of the registers. The bathrooms are disgustingly filthy. Such a shame to let all of the expensive renovations be wasted by daily management failures.
Rude employee that’s giving the food in the drive through. Didn’t get her name but had a scarf around her head. I just asked if she could bag my food and she said “no you have two hands use them”That’s rude as hell. Do better.Don’t work if you don’t know how to talk to customers.Sarcasm won’t get them anywhere.
i’d give 0 stars if i could. i have yet to come to this location without having some kind of issue. there are issues when you order online and go and pick it up every. single. time. it is very aggravating and annoying when you have already paid for your order and then are told that they don’t have your order. and then you’ll be told to go back and wait in the already long line again (as if anyone has time for that). please save your time and go to a different location!!
Thought I'd give this location another shot after new owners took over. Tried a couple of times and although the service was faster, orders were still usually wrong. After going today and them not having any shakes (no surprise) and them also telling me it wasn't possible to upgrade the patty on a burger, I think it's time for me to move on.
It's hit or miss with them. The other day I got chicken nuggets and they were hard and old. Today they were fresh. The other day my burger was hard like they reheated it. Everyone knows you can't reheat McDonald's
They're doing a great job keeping their fries fresh for their customers. That's probably the most important criteria for any McDonald's food review for me. It's hit or miss on the standard burgers though. Most times the patty is way too dry as though they've been sitting under the heater for longer than recommended. Also more often than not you don't get napkins in your drive thru bag, so for those of you who eat in your car, make sure you ask for napkins or that you've already got some on hand.
Made multiple mistakes on the order, and on top of that they asked me to do the line again and redo the order. 12$ of food ended up missing overs a 45$ order.
You can really tell that they're making an effort again. For quite a few years this location was tanking. However, over the last 6 months or so, their staff has been friendlier, orders accurate, and service quick. What more can you ask for?
My burger for the 2nd time was Luke warm so I will not be going back! ??♂️
They have really good costumer service. I never thought I would say that about McDonald’s. The new owners of these McDonald’s have done a good job in getting this McDonald’s running again. When I go through the drive thru They take my order right away and I don’t even have to wait a second to get my food. The crew there is really nice just like there Manager Caleb. Caleb is really good at managing his crew and getting things done. Sometimes I go and they are a little slow, but I know that Caleb isn’t there so I understand why they are a little slow. And every time I go there Caleb always greats me with a big “Welcome back to McDonald’s “ and a big smile ? Caleb is always nice to everyone and get’s the job done. This McDonald’s is my favorite out of all of them and I am thankful for Caleb always making my day.
