We stopped in for two sandwiches, they were made perfect....not the two slice of meat sandwich many places have but a REAL sandwich. Ice tea is great, server perfect. Can't say enough about this place, hope the next trip there is as great! Establishment super clean and no long wait for the food. Highly suggested to try!
Maybe it was a busy and stressful day at this location, but the food quality made me want to walk into a 7-Eleven and buy a sandwich there instead. I took a walk to this location with my dog and called to see if it were okay for me to bring my dog inside for a split second to pickup my order, or have someone come to the door. I would have been happy to go in to get it, but wanted to respect the establishment and not bring my dog in if it would not be appreciated. It was rudely suggested that they "have a pickup window... MA'AM, you need to drive up to it," and the situation did not get better when I told her I had walked. She found someone to bring my order to the door and they looked at me like a dog and a woman were mutually exclusive. What?? A woman with a dog? I have to walk to the door and hand the lady standing 3 feet away a bag of food? I'm so confused!!! I was concerned with respecting the resturaunt, but should have done them a favor and let my dog get up in there to make sandwiches. She probably would have done a better job.
Oder ahead if your in a rush. The staff here is super friendly and nice, the food is always good and fresh. Problem is it takes 45 minutes to get a sandwich. Lots of opportunity here for efficiency. I’m sure they could use some additional staff like most places.
Great food in a almost hidden location. It's obvious that this restaurant is near me and it smells great when you are entered. Employees are very polite and helpful asking many times if we were okay. I decided on Southwest salad expecting it to have a spicy kick to it but it did not. Southwest salad dressing is kind of sweet. It's definitely worth a visit if you like a good fresh sandwich shop.
I got the spicy turkey sub it was freaking amazing super fresh. And oh the guy work behind the counter was super friendly patient and helpful. He suggested ne try the strawberry lemonade with the tea OMG!! The best thank you for being so kind.
sad they took kids pizza out of menu but always a favorite place to come eat!
We stopped in after at th endinf a book signing close by and the place was very clean and had a great open space layout. we ordered the French Dip and the Chipotle Bacon cheddar Spud and 2lemonades. the cashier was so nice and helpful, she was a young lady with braids pulled up and a great smile. Ler me tell you about this GIANTTTT baked potato,just wow, amazing! Some people sat outside on the patio and others pulled up in their golf cart and sat in other tables spaced out from us. This location was clean, and friendly.
The app said this location was open. We went ahead and placed an order for 6 entrees. We paid up front, and got to this location to see that they were closed. We paid for the food when we placed the order, and the app is still telling me this location is open currently.Maybe next time make sure you get corporate to mark your store as closed in the app?
The food was wonderful (as usual)! I went at lunchtime and they were surprisingly not busy, but the food took a while to get to the table. It was worth the wait, though!
Food pretty good, but very disappointing experience. This McAlister is the worst I been to. Every time I have went there, they have been out of something. Today they were out of over a dozen items.
