I was greeted with a friendly and inviting welcome, there were only two employees but it felt very personable. My order was taken and was made to order. The establishment was clean which is big to me! Will definitely recommend and will definitely give them my business.
I recently had a bad experience with the Marcos pizza in Fayetteville. Spoke with the manager and they still offered to give me discount just for the sake of the brand name!
Always super fresh, very tasty pizza and breadsticks. Delivery driver arrived twenty minutes earlier than the estimated delivery time which was a plus! Will continue to order more from here!!
Where to begin? Well before placing my order, the clerk said, "All the prices on the board are wrong." So prices went up but I assume we're supposed to guess at what they are? I ordered a 6" sub. It looked less than 6" but it was flat and sad and lacked the sauce. TERRIBLE value and so I returned it. I received no apology, second attempt or alternative option, just "here's your change," for which I had to wait 5 minutes more because they were out of change.While waiting, I observed a man making pizza, whose pants kept slipping below his backside, exposing his rear-end (SEE PHOTO if you dare). I mentioned it to the clerk and she said, "Well, that's the owner." Jeez.They've tried to offer a "kid's corner" with toys & games but put out big, loud plastic bowling pins and corn-hole? Who's going to use that indoors and why? It will disturb everyone. Plus it was all a mess and not clean.Additionally, for the owner caught with your pants down: Maybe have your delivery people go in/out a door other than the main lobby door. If you're going to have a dining room open to people, make it halfway inviting. Offer a water option other than bottles for sale (or at least tell people before they pay!) Tell people about the free flavor crust option...it's on your box but you can't bother to say it? Just think about your guests, and for god's sake, get some better-fitting pants! I'm embarrassed for you.
This store is on point about customer service! I had a great experience with my order request. Person on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. My order was quickly processed and I love the amount of toppings.

Marco Pizza is always good . I have never been disappointed. I always get delivery and it is usually for dinner. I like the thin and crispy crust but I have tried the others and they are good.
