Average Mexican. Fair prices and good service. The food won't blow you away but its great for a weekday meal.out!
Waited a full hour only to receive an appetizer sampler that was iced cold. The staff was ok but not worth the wait.
Our family frequently visits this location. The atmosphere is nice. The employees are polite, courteous, and helpful. The food is good. As with most restaurants, the prices continue to climb. The parking lot is small and tight.
Decent spot. Food was good and parking was not bad when we went. Service was excellent and very friendly. Prices were slightly above average, but I will return.
Food was good (not great);however, I find a ordinary meal for 1 adult and 1 child $60 at a casual restaurant not acceptable. 1 meal off kids menu, no alcohol, and side of queso $17! The bill gave me a big reality check - no more eating out @ sit down restaurants!
I love this location. This is the only location I will eat at. The atmosphere is great, the people are awesome and the good is great. We love Louis and his crew ❤️
5 stars for the food. We took shots of crown royal, and this is the first time in my entire life that I've actually tasted liquor being watered down. For as much as they sell their shots for, you would think they wouldn't try to cheat you in other ways. Do better. This location put a bad rep to all La Haciendas.
La Hacienda is overall the best Mexican restaurant in PTC. The food is great and the margaritas are fantastic.Just like any restaurant “post-COVID” it seems that La Hacienda may be short staffed at times which does create slow service. There has been a help wanted sign on the door for a while - so I don’t fault the ownership for this. In fact I’ve seen them running from tables to the kitchen etc trying to work with what they can.I highly recommend this place and it’s worth the wait.
Went there expecting a wait. Took over 30 minutes to get a drink. It took our food over an hour to come out. There were only 3 of us. The waitress was rude. The food was over seasoned. The nachos were only half a plate. And the prices were raised for Cinco de Mayo. $20 for a margarita. $20 for Texas fajita nachos. $15 for La Hacienda dip. Definitely not worth the time and money. Spoke to the manager about the waitress being rude. Didn't mention anything else about prices or anything. Her reply. Oh well. It's Cinco de Mayo. Really? That doesn't have anything to do with being rude.
I can't give half stars, otherwise this would be closer to 3.5 as opposed to 3. Visited because I thought this was related to a restaurant of the same name in Ocala, FL, but I think I may have been mistaken. My friend and I visited in the evening, about 7'oclock with about four other groups in the restaurant. One water, one Coke, one enchilada meal and one chimichanga meal came to ~$35 after tax.Pros: Nice clean interior. Many tables. Seated quickly. Free chips/salsa/other sauce. Both the man and woman attending the front asked about drinks and taking plates. Friend doesn't like beans so they offered double rice. Food arrived quickly and was hot. Man serving was enjoying the music as he worked.Cons: Man taking care of us seemed to rush. Wasn't halfway through the meal and he was asking if we were done. When ordering asked to have tomatoes/guac/sour on the side to which I was told the condiments would be put in a bowl, but they still arrived on top of my lettuce. I didn't get my beans with my chimichanga but I did not ask for them after realizing it so that's on me.The food itself wasn't bad. The chicken in the chimichanga was seasoned well. I would have liked a little more queso but that's a non issue. My friend seemed to like their enchiladas. Back home in FL I get the same chimichanga with the same setup for about $3 cheaper with more chicken, but the a la carte/combos seemed well priced. With everything said, I would give this place another chance. Their menu has pictures of their actual food, not just stock images, and seems comparable in size to similar places.
