We eat here often but this Friday was a bummer, the pizza was tough and chewy. We mentions it to the server who stated that the all make the dough differently and sometimes it is chewy. I find that hard to believe. we will try it again nd hope it is better or we won’t be going again!
TERRIBLE service. I wish I had listened to my mom, when she asked me, "Are you sure you don't want to go to Partners?". I am nothing short of embarrassed, that I brought my Aunt (visiting from another state for a wedding, and whom owns her own Italian resteraunt for 20 plus years now), my children, and my parents, here, to enjoy an early dinner together. Never, Never, Never again. When it comes to friendliness, they get a Zero in my book, but zero stars is not an option. FYI, this is coming from a Peachtree City resident. However, resident or not, treat EVERYONE how you would want YOUR loved ones to be treated, greeted, and spoken to (if there is an issue with the order). And if you don't like your job..do us paying customers a favor, and find a new one. Your only as good as your competion, Johnny's New York Style Pizza.
if I could give a 0 stars I would. the waitress that we had was nice, and I specifically said no mushrooms in my calzone. when it came back there was alt of mushrooms. so I just asked for a slice of pizza. for starters just because I sent back the calzone because it was wrong, they decided to just placed toppings on my slice of pizza. it wasn't even baked on the pizza. all of the toppings fell off when I picked it up to make sure it wasn't burnt. I was so mad that this was the second time that I attempted to try Johnnys pizza and I have to say that I will never go there again.
Pizza was and mini knots were great
The worse pizza I have ever had! Worse than any frozen. The waitress said "I noticed it didn't look good." Then why didn't you say something or return it? I didn't want to make a scene in front of grandchildren but it was awful. I may not be back.
Love their selection of great ? & sandwiches you can really go wrong here! Great Greek salad ? & pizza! The garlic knots are AMAZING!
Horrible customer service -Two waitresses had an attitude of an accidental spillage of a drink and told me it was ridiculous because they now had to mop up some sprite and then talked to a customer next to me about her kid coming to work and help them out. First time I had ever eaten inside the restaurant.. NEVER again!
Pizza was cold, and order was wrong. Also garlic knots weren't sealed and spilled in car.
For the first time ever, they sealed the box for me when I picked up my order. Once I got it home, I was able to see that the slices of my pizza didn't line up. They gave me leftovers as new pizza.The sauce is always terrible.Next time, I'm going to Partner's next door.(Responding to owner) don't bother. You lost my business.
Pays attention to anyone but the customer. When walking up to the counter for pick up the staff members nonchalantly pass by you while engaging in conversation with coworkers and act as if you’re annoying them by being there to spend your money. No thanks, plenty of other pizza places in town with great service.
