Cami was very rude to me and my mother. I understand it was busy and there were other problems but there is no excuse.
A sub should never be served like this…the only reason for not rating this place lower is because it tasted good after I spread the tuna myself
I’m highly disappointed in this location I eat JJ about twice a week but that will not be the case going forward there has been issues with the last two orders from missing items and instructed to come inside to make drinks even though I ordered curbside. I called the manager (heavy set Caucasian make) he apologized and said it was him and all this curbside stuff is new and said it’s only been a week which was a lie because I had already previously ordered from there several times. Ordered again the following week spoke to the young lady and described the manger and missing items and asked for them to be put with this order stated ok then returns with the order and not the items and stated he didn’t nor my account for the missing items and to call back later to have my account credited. Only to get home and the order was wrong ? items on the unwichs (ie cucumbers, tomatoes not on the order) and missing what was (ie cheese that was on the order (I checked the receipt) so at this point I will not be eating it for a while.
They forgot some of the ingredients on my sandwich which was an online order.
We ordered in house for a party of two; thus was for lunch time, no wait. Both sandwiches were fresh and to order. Drinks were at the fountain. We had no issues. Definitely, we would come back to this location. Staff very friendly and helpful. All ingredients were fresh.
On multiple occasions it has taken over an hour to get a delivery order. Ordered today at 1:22pm. I called them at 2:02pm to check the status and they said the delivery drivers just left with other orders and wouldn’t bring ours until the drivers delivered those orders and came back to the store to get ours. I could probably get on board with the wait but they are rude and indignant when you call to ask. Apparently their customer service policy falls somewhere in line with their “freaky fast” motto - they’ll do it when they feel like it. Avoid this place and try somewhere with timely service and customer appreciation.And before you respond, I already left a message on the JJs website.
Second time ordering where it took 2 hrs to get but the last time it didn’t even show up … they called me to ask where the order was … hm really ????
