Extraordinary Service. I just visited on Giving Day. It was very busy but the ladies were working hard and the lady that appeared to be the manager was amazing! Made my Giving Day even better!

Ordered delivery through the jersey mikes app. Ended up showing “delivered”, but never arrived. :/ (via DoorDash)I called the store and the wonderful manager, Danielle, remade the order and delivered it. The sandwiches were also made very well. This was night and day compared to earlier experiences at this location. Thankful for the new management and owners! This is the 2nd time I have placed a Grubhub order to this particular Jersey Mike's and the 2nd time it has been cancelled due to having no employees at the store. This time I called the store and the phone rang no less than 25-30 times- I had the speaker on as I was working to see if a machine would pick up. After phone was finally answered, the lady answering stated they had no control over 3rd party orders and she did not know why order was cancelled. When asked if they had opened on time, she hesitated and then said yes. Super friendly staff, quick and accurate service. Had the steak and cheese and it was great. Will be back.

The Big Kahuna is the “Philly” to get, spicy and cheesy, nice jersey workers to talk too and they know what they are doing. Buddy, got a giant Italian and he couldn’t complain. Don’t sleep on the Triple Chocolate Cookie.
Had the very best experience when I went to this location today!!! Firstly I was greeted by very loud and happy welcomes and big smiles!! I told them I needed just a few minutes and they happily waited patiently for me. Once I chose my sandwiches they asked me the different questions and also asked me about my day and the manager even complimented my shirt (a rainbow shirt with hands holding)!! They put my sandwiches together very nice and didn’t just throw it all together like other locations you could tell they take their time!! I put in my shore number and we talked about how long I had been a member, I’m just moving to the area so I’ll definitely be back to this certain location!! I was told to have a great evening and they’d see me again!! So nice and warm very good sandwiches and lovely people!!!
