Food is good but for crying out loud don't use their app an expect their delivery time to be anywhere near what they say. App users are second-class citizens. You'd be much better to just go to store and stand in line and order. Or you can order online, then go stand in line until they wait on everyone else, and then make your order!! Ugggg
Ordered 4 subs and they were ALL NASTY! NOT AT ALL HOT! Also were done incorrectly. This place is too expensive to not receive what was ordered. I don't think this location is the location for me and co-workers moving forward. I would've been better off going to Publix for that delicious chicken tender sub!
This was my first time dining here and it wasn’t good. I ordered the steak and cheese which should have been hot but it was luke warm and it just wasn’t what I expected. I don’t think I’ll be eating here again

We got 2 steak and cheese subs with peppers, onions and mushrooms...they were ice cold! From the meat to the veggies, ice cold! Took them up and they said "we'll remake them", good customer service. Got the 2 new sandwiches, no peppers, onions or mushrooms! And no pickles on the side. They were out of mayonnaise, yes a sandwich shop with no Mayo. We started to eat the sandwiches as we didn't want to be difficult and low and behold, cold in the middle! We threw them away and left. WILL NOT BE BACK, EVER!
It took a long time to get my food but it was perfect.
I like Firehouse subs but not this location. I decided to not go back here once before because every time I went, there were cleanliness issues (mold in ice maker, bugs, food handling) and because this location, employees consistently never wore masks throughout the pandemic. I gave it another try yesterday because they are close to my house.. there really is something wrong here. It was filthy. Pickles uncovered out in the open. They didnt even toast the sandwiches or include everything I ordered. Management seems very unprofessional. Really not going back this time.
Sandwich was good, service was fine. Place was empty. Smelled a little like mop water but inside was clean and spotless.
Food good. people nice. Hotel, TrivagoNever mind, jus waited 50 min for 2 sandwiches. Found out they threw the bread away because they got confused. Don’t come here if it’s busy. Food was still good but that wait was just not it. Hotel no longer trivago
